Great location, close to many street food. The traditional vibes of the accomodation are quite unique. Overall, the price money ratio was ok, quite clean. There is some noise because of poor isolation but it is manageable.

The hotel is in a really good spot, walking distance to nice streets full of shops and food places BUT, one thing is the picture of the room you think you are booking and then is what you have. The room is super small, with a "bed" that is not a bed, super hard, making it really difficult to sleep. The bathroom is exactly like in the picture, but what is not advertised is that hot water is only available for 1-2 people, so you can't have a proper shower either. ( obviously, my pictures are after using the room. When I entered, the bed was done) . This is for the queen courtyard room. This is the worst room I've been in all my trips to China.

if you like to experience in the old town Hutong of Beijing, it is a right choice to stay here. it is walking distance to the food street of Hutong, the Bell Tower and the Drum Tower. The hotel host and all staffs are very friendly and ready to give you all advices for restaurants, transportation or sight seeing spots, even help to carefully pre check if it is open or not.

A lovely place to stay. Beautiful rooms and looks like the photos provided. The front desk also provided excellent service. Hotel is located close to Drum Tower and there is a lot of shops and places to eat close by. The area is very safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

The owner does not speak English, but he is super friendly and kind. We had to communicate through WeChat translator that is fine but slow and a bit complex. He helped us solving a big trouble (we left one phone in a taxi). Our room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Bed was super comfortable! The location in good, in the middle of a Hutong, close to very nice Chinese restaurants. Not super close to the metro station, but at a walkable distance. Recommended!

the location is very convenient, it has lot of nice cafes and places to eat nearby. The beds are beautiful and rooms-clean.

I wish they provide breakfast if anything to add. My fav part is that I can reach to my room quickly, after a long and exhausting day! Love it, enjoyed it so much!

We are a family of five who stayed two nights at the hotel. The location of the hotel makes it super easy to get to all the tourist attractions around the city centre. The facilities are clean and well maintained and there is a traditional Chinese feel throughout the hotel. The family room we stayed in was very comfortable and easily accommodated two adults and three children. Mr Zhang, the hotel manager was more than helpful, always keen to help out and offer his assistance. All in all, we were really impressed with the services and facilities of the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to reccomend this hotel to our friends and family.

We had a great stay at Rong Hotel! Located in a nice Hutong, quiet with lots of trees, very close to Bell and Drum tower and conveniently close to Gulou Avenue and South Luogu Lane where you can find anything you want for drink/eat. All surrounding streets are nice with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and you can have a walk around east lakes (Xihai, Houhai, Qianhai) by day or night. It's also quite close to subway station Gulou Dajie (lines 2 and 8) Staff is very helpful, discreet and hotel is quiet and beautiful with a nice central patio.

Stayed another 2 nights after our short trip out of Beijing. Hotel kept our 2 luggage that we did not need out of Beijing. Got back the same room. Aircon did leak water but was quickly fixed.

Loved this hotel! The owner was very nice and he was very helpful. The decor is so cute in the lobby and rooms. They also have a washer to clean your clothes for free! They help us out a lot while traveling with kids.

The location is absolutely perfect, in the midst of a very quiet hutong and just a short walk from the bell and drum towers. Couldn't be better located. Rooms are clean and bright and modern, there is a big courtyard, free use of the washing machine, the owner is very helpful. Everything's great.
