The hotel was near the Metro but quite away from city center. Beijing is a very crowded city, therefore taking the metro any time any day is super busy, thus making the commute to attractions and back to hotel quite tiring. This is not the hotel’s fault, just a heads up for visitors traveling with young or old family members to be aware of. The road from metro to hotel is not very luggage friendly either,  again not the hotel’s fault. Staff were helpful if one has a question, otherwise they keep to themselves most of the time. Room was clean. Housekeeping changed towels every day even though we had the towels hung neatly on the wall brackets. No coffee packets in the room, just teabags, but not a big problem since there is a mall right opposite the metro station, where eateries, a small supermarket and bakery exist.

The hotel is near metro station, it’s a bit far away from the center. The room is nice and clean. The staffs are friendly. They have a laundry room for free.

Location is just near to universal studio, beside that is far away from town although walking dustance to subway. Bed was not clean and change and tidy up, according to them us I never put the card on bed, first time I heard of. Beside that everything as normal.

Location is near a local mall and Universal studio. They checked weapon when you return to hotel. I think it is quite weird policy because other 3 big hotels I stayed before in China after check - in staff will not bother you at all. I stayed in both premium and standard room size of room is the same but stand room made me felt like I stayed in hospital rather than hotel.

It’s good location and good hotel even though far from downtown but near the Universal.

The staff was quite friendly, the hotel was clean. We stayed 4 days and it was quite alright. The metro is only a few minutes away and there are malls in the area. The downside is that there are usually people smoking in the corridor, and the smell is annoying.

Lication is near to metro line1. Almost 300m away. Employees are very friendly. Mall, mini market, drug store are very near. It was clean and cozy. Very enjoyed to stay

The room was clean and comfortable. It was close to the metro station and shops, restaurants. If you planning to visit the universal studio. I think it’s good idea

The room was amazing and very comfortable, the food delivery robot was amazing as well, all in all I loved my stay but they don’t even provide toothpaste and toothbrushes and also the breakfast is not really good

It was good, very close to Universal studios, also reception let us checked in early in the morning

We booked 2 rooms for 4 adults. The rooms were very very cold. Not that comfortable staying for long time of period. The young male receptionest was rude acted while I needed some help. The buffet food has not many choices but tastes good. Only one advantage is the LOCATION which is very close to the metro line#1 and surrounded by malls.

Convenient area! A few stops away to Universal Studios The towels were always replaced and the room was well-maintained. We will highly consider staying here again on our next USB visit!
