Have been staying here frequently since 10 years. The hotel is modern, elegant and impressive. My impression is that the breakfast buffet is not as good as it used to be. The surrounding residential area has improved a lot. The weather was splendid and air quality seemed very good. Attached a picture taken from my room. Kind regards, Tao.

One of the best hotel I've stayed at, very high-end and architecture/design worked in every detail. A lot of thoughts have been put in to make a customer experience top notch.

Absolutely one of the best value for money hotels you will ever visit. The property and facilities were outstanding and customer service was amazing. Staff were friendly and many could speak English. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Would never stay anywhere else but here when in Beijing.

Outstanding service in a beautiful hotel with excellent food and facilities. The location is great as it’s a short walk to the 798 Art District, the subway, Indigo Mall, and lots of good shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

My stay at the Nuo was excellent. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. It is such a high quality hotel that never disappoints. I highly recommend it. It is set in a beautiful location that is convenient tt the heart of Beijing. I will return to the Nuo again :)

This is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in here in China. The hospitality is top notch , the hotel itself is classy and very peaceful. The hotel staff are very professional and quite helpful. They have a good conduct of English too. Their room service is great and the food here is just so delicious. I’d recommend this hotel any day.

Absolute perfection! This luxury hotel has it all. The executive club access was a game-changer - the meals were exquisite and totally worth the upgrade. But it's not just about the food. The wellness facilities are out of this world. The sauna and steam room were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The pool is a serene oasis, and fitness enthusiasts will love the well-appointed gym with state-of-the-art equipment. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional service. Viki and her team went above and beyond in ways I never imagined. On our last day, we had to leave before regular breakfast hours. Without hesitation, they prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for us. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and deeply appreciated. The rooms are immaculate, the amenities are top-notch, but it's the staff that makes this place shine. They anticipated our every need and made us feel like royalty. If you're seeking a 5-star experience that exceeds all expectations, look no further. I'm already planning my next visit!

Really nice place to stay, helpful staff, the room is big enough, has all the amenities you need and a comfortable bed. Also, there is a metro station nearby that recently opened, so you can get to the center pretty quickly without traffic jams.

Nice spacious hotel in a good location. Clean room and has all amenities. Very spacious. Would recommend solo travellers, families and couples to stay here. Decent gym and swimming pool.

A warm welcome, delicious breakfast, helpful staff that speak English, a lovely night view. The bath was incredible. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent stay! Hotel and rooms are amazing and in a good location with many restaurants around to choose from. One thing was that there were no USB outlet to charge phones,etc. so important to bring your own adaptor to plug in. Otherwise perfect stay.
