Very near to metro station, less than 100 steps to reach the hotel. The receptionist are very helpful. Definitely will be staying here again whenever visiting Beijing

Hotel is just next to HuFangQiao mrt station. Very convenient to travel around and breakfast stalls are just around the corner. We even had delicious mala tang for supper which is just the same place we bought our breakfast. Receptionists are very friendly, patient and helpful. There is a hutong across the street as well. With fishes , cat and birds in the hotel which my little one loves alot. The only negative part is the spiders crawling in from the yard when we open the door. Well it is just nature we can't control. Over all experience is good. Will return if we need to travel to Beijing again.

The location is superb, basically next to the mrt station and near all the major attraction. Although the room is small but they have many shelves for you to organize. Maximum value for your money.

the room was clean check in was smooth. near the hotel there was restaurant but coudnt find nearby mini market or supermarket. staff was helpful and let us keep the baggage. they help loading the baggage into our pick up car

Usually I choose to stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Beijing. But I wanted a more local, down to earth, low key visit. This is why I choose the Aite Xinsu Culture Hotel. I was traveling Solo for work/pleasure to Beijing for a short three nights. The Hotel location, building itself and staff are absolutely wonderful! From the excellent Front desk staff, to the friendly Ayi, the competent electrician and the friendly breakfast staff, everyone is open, filled with kindness and going out of their way to make the stay as best as they can. Minus points for the bug in the tea tray (picture 3) and the water puddle on the floor in the bathroom when I checked into the room in the evening. I had booked the "Smart Courtyard Room" with a "courtyard view". I do NOT recommend you take this room. The view is the next door building wall and into their kitchen (1 meter). You have NO sunlight (just a sliver thru the roof gap of 5 cm), because there is a roof over the courtyard. Feels like a prison cell! Avoid at all means (picture 2). The breakfast room is small, basic but pleasant. The food is local and good. I enjoyed it very much, as I found all my Chinese favorites. I needed to use the meeting room, which is only available as of 10Am. My meetings started earlier, so Front desk staff kindly accommodated my to a large sun filled room with terrace. Accessibility of Metro: the metro station Hufangqiao is a mere 300 meters to the left of the entrance. Hop on Line 7 to Temple of Heaven, interchange to Line nr 8, within 15 minutes you arrived at your destination! From Hotel to Tina'anmen Square its 20 minutes by metro, 10 with Taxi (if there is no traffic). In conclusion: would I stay here again? Absolutely YES!! But I would take a more upscale room to avoid having a dungeon feeling room.

Love this place so much, convenience, comfort and staffs are very friendly. My room have some issue with automation sensor, they upgrade our room to bigger one. Breakfast is simple but delicious.

The hotel location is very close to train station, 1min walking distance. The palace museum, Zhongshan park, Tian’anmen and all those famous places are just nearby. The design is very cool too, Quadrangle courtyard:)

酒店服務超棒，環境很好，隔夜也不錯，院子裏有椅子可以坐，也有盪鞦韆，前台小哥很帥氣，還好幫忙拿行李到房間，旁邊就是地鐵口，地理位置很贊！！

房間很好很乾凈，地暖很足。訂的是一間三人家庭房，當初選酒店的時候就想着要環境好一點的，這家酒店環境很好離地鐵站很近，拐個彎就到了，去哪都很方便。前台小哥的服務很好，院子裏還有貓貓，下次來北京還定這家，想看看這邊樹綠葉的樣子！

設施：標準的四合院風格，房型很多，地暖所以温度不冷不熱~小童牙刷牙膏拖鞋都有，護髮素/身體乳也都有，小度音響也有 衞生：床品 庭院 毛巾 都很乾凈，拖鞋也是消毒的 環境：環境很好，有院子 位置：距離虎坊橋地鐵站很近，對面紀曉嵐故居，去天壇 天安門 前門 故宮也都不遠，附近炙子烤肉也很不錯值得去嚐嚐 服務：服務非常非常好，寫的3星級，但是我們的體驗感5星的標準還是有的

很不錯的酒店喲，前台的小哥哥小姐姐都很熱情，新式的四合院必須點贊，唯一的小缺點哈，沒有早餐，不過周邊有包子鋪和雞蛋灌餅，膠東也很便利，出門步行不用1分鐘就是地鐵啦，打車去哪都方便，地理位置沒話説

攜程的鑽石用户，也算住過不少酒店，這是我住過最差的酒店，沒有之一。房間的設計有很大的問題，一排平房，在平房頂上放置了酒店運營的電機設備。正好我所在房頂就是電機，晚上十點轟隆隆的電機工作聲音根本無法入睡，工作人員來了也沒有辦法，讓帶耳塞睡覺，説電機關了影響整個酒店的熱水用水。已經半夜了還帶着孩子，換不了酒店，大年初四就這樣在噪音裏堅持一夜，吵的頭痛。感謝攜程官方，第一時間跟酒店交涉，最後接近1000元的房間，酒店給個7折優惠，但是想想就可笑，這酒店倒給我300元我都不會選擇入住。搞不懂為什麼這個電機房不設定在前台接待的房頂。

這份差評針對的是1月23號的那位前台女服務員！那天我們一早出去，下午三點回到房間，發現房間沒有打掃，於是我把立即打掃的牌子掛在門口又出去了，晚上八點回來房間還沒打掃，就去前台問一下，説房間還沒打掃麻煩儘快幫我打掃下，那女服務員説不可能，肯定打掃了，然後拿出一本本子説你看，我們這裏記錄著已經打掃過了，我説那你去看下就知道了，去房間看完以後説她要去核實一下，然後半天沒回復，再去前台催，她就一臉質問的説，你確定掛的是打掃的牌子而不是請勿打擾的嗎？我説三點前我不確定，是孩子在玩可能掛錯了，但是三點後我確定掛的立即打掃，她説我查過監控了，早上掛的就是請勿打擾，我第一我三點親手掛的立即打掃，第二無論如何就算打掃過了，我現在還需要打掃，難道不可以了？然後邊上她的一個**事一直在拉她叫她別説了，但根本拉不住，一直要強調早上掛的是請勿打擾，其實本來很簡單一件事，我説房間沒打掃現在幫我打掃下，你説好的馬上安排阿姨來不就好了，做服務的不想着先做好服務，非要跟顧客去爭對錯，何必呢，估計這個女服務員應該是老闆的親戚吧！玩了一天已經夠累了，還碰到這種事，然後當晚我們房間上一直有沖水流水的聲音，一直持續到半夜三點，我也不想陰謀論，但是我們在這個酒店住了四晚，這是第四晚，前三晚都沒這個沖水聲！一家人一晚都沒睡好

房間很大很漂亮！配套設施都很新很智能 酒店內環境很舒適！地段很好出門就是地鐵口去哪都方便！離各個景點都很近，保潔阿姨很好很友善！很不錯的一次入住體驗！
