The hotel is renovated by the time I went to gubei wtown. The hotel upgrade my room to be family in other hotel but everything is so great!

The hotel room is spacious, bathroom is spacious. The shampoo & bath gel are nice. Room slippers are provided. Walking distance to the cable car station. The staff cannot speak English, we have to use translator app. They were very helpful. We had very nice experience here. Recommended.

Great location! All the staffs are so friendly and helpful. Will come back again and will recommend to others.

Best place to know the Great Wall, all the services are available on the area.

We had been changed to stay at the W water town instead of the academy Great Wall due to renovation issues. The new hotel is good, the breakfast is delicious and has plenty of various food.

We really love this hotel. It is located at the heart of the city. Next to the food court, a short walk to the fountain show and entrance to Simantai Great Wall.. Beautiful surrounding .Great services. Don't forget to go out of the back door of the room to visit the private area, which has many photo spots with a view of the pagoda. Breakfast is sufficient and good. Very comfortable with complementary hot spring and shuttle bus and luggage services.

Very helpful staff. They can communicate in English. No comment for the breakfast.

Very nice and beautiful hotel right in the middle of the town, so is accessible to go anywhere, and about 15 mins walk to the base of Simatai great wall cable car. The lady staffs are polite and helpful. The deluxe family room is really big and spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Their indoor hotspring at another location nearby is good too. Breakfast spread is decent and tasty.

The room was big and simple. But, there were no view from the room window. The breakfast was cheap food and not value for money. Anyway, I won't go back to this tourist spot. The tourist spot is beautiful with the Great Wall walking pathway.

雖然定的是長城書舍，但是因為維護，給升級到古北之光了，整體環境非常好，配套設施服務也很完善。管理很成熟，服務也很周到，是我想要的環境和效果，確實可以不操心慢慢玩兩三天，放鬆一下。 我們去的時間算是淡季吧，人不很多，雖然冬天感還沒有褪去，不過有適當的安靜，也很容易拍照。好好利用景區小程序，就可以知道演出時間和餐廳開業情況，不然亂走很累。景區裏都是石頭路，走多了還是挺累的，適合慢慢玩，腿腳不好的人要慎重考慮一下，其他都還好，有的景點在小山上，也很好爬，司馬台長城也有纜車。 酒店服務整體挺貼心的，也很乾凈，定點的湯泉就在隔壁，玩一天累了泡泡很不錯。自助早餐很豐富，能夠滿足各種需求，在用餐時間裏，餐品一直都會補充足夠。 整體印象更好，不失為一個慢旅遊的選擇。

設施：免費升級的房間，很舒服。要自己帶上泳衣，游泳圈，泳帽。 環境：有温泉，游泳池，自助早餐 服務：服務非常好，就是行李託運要等，比較麻煩。如果趕火車就不要託運了。 衞生：衞生還行😁，孩子們喜歡😊

房間一如既往地乾淨、温暖，服務也一如既往地專業、温暖！感謝攜程、感謝水鎮給我們升級了房型，兩間庭院房簡直太驚喜了，晚上在院子裏看的無人機，還有跨年音樂會以及倒計時，真是太開心了！一年來古北好幾次，每次來都不虛此行，四季風光無限，小橋流水人家，一切都是那麼美好！
