Ci siamo trovati benissimo, hotel vicino al centro (10 min a piedi), 15/20 min a piedi in stazione, personale disponibile.

The hotel is close to city center, walking distance from the old city. Provides good breakfast. The hotel has an elevator. On the hotel site, in the hotel amenities the parking is listed to be 100 m away, which implied that the hotel has parking. The hotel does not have a parking. We parked in a parking garage for 30 euro a day. We stayed for one night. At 8 am a housekeeper nocked and opened our door. I had to yell that the room was still occupied. Also, there is little noise insulation, you can here odd noises in the room - like toilet flush from a different room.

The hotel is situated in the centre and you can reach the old city, most attractions, the restaurants, shops and also the seaside (lungomare) on foot. The staff are cordial, friendly and very helpful. Although we could communicate in Italian, they speak good English. The price includes a good breakfast. The room was spacious and clean, towels were changed every day. On the low side is the weak wi-fi signal, otherwise we were very happy with our stay at this hotel.

Don’t go!! Terrible experience, the room was very hot, not perfectly clean. In the hallway of the hotel there was a terrible smell. The bathroom had 2 miserable towels and basically no soap. The breakfast is limited to few industrial cakes. Totally insufficient also nothing gluten free. Nothing salty. I bet there is a better hotel near by.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in August for 1 week. The staff could not have been more helpful. They advised us on all the public transport we would need, how to reach the Old Town (Which is near the hotel) The hotel is very clean and we had a wonderful breakfast each day. It was our first visit to Bari, and we will be back as it has everything we needed for our break. We will be staing again.

Spent seven nights at the hotel, the staff espically Emma were more than helpful as was the maintenence man who sorted the safe in room imediately. The hotel is one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in The bedroom was so spacious with a lovely view of the garden. The bus to airport is few yards from hotel Excellent location with a good variety of breakfast choice Thank you Best Western

Do not use this hotel. You risk having your booking canceled because they cannot approve your credit card. We are 2 families who have tried it, even our cards were ok. They canceled our booking the even before we should fly from Denmark. We called Them but they were not customer minded. It gave us big problems and frustrations. So a good advice do not use this hotel.

This hotels discriminates against Americans and non-EU citizens who do not have an Italian Super Green Pass or an equivalent electronic pass from another EU country. If you are fully vaccinated and boosted, and don’t have that QR connection, you will need to pass a COVID test before registering. They should announce this loud a clear on their website, and the BW website. Even when we showed the desk staff the Italian Ministry directions (in Italian) regarding that American CDC cards are fully acceptable, they didn’t care. One of the front desk people had the audacity to ask me to leave a favorable review upon checkout. This is my review, completely UNfavorable.

Best Western wouldn't let me check in because I didn't have a super green pass. I'm an American and I have my CDC white card, which shows I have 3 vaccinations. I did not have any symptoms and my booster was in December. They claimed to need the QR code, which was a lie. Because after searching for 3 hours I found a pharmacy to give me the test, but the results did not provide a QR code. I provide the test results to the front desk without the QR code and they decide to let me check in. So the "requirement" for the QR code was false. Also the official Italian website states the US white card is accepted in lieu of super green pass. I was at risk of sleeping on the streets because the staff there refused to admit they were wrong. I didn't get to do anything that day other than fix this mess, so I didn't get to enjoy my one day trip.
