Hoteller med barer i Venedig

My flight was in the morning from MXP, so I left the hotel at 4 am. I asked the front desk at least 5 times about where is the ferry station and time table, which Lorenzo gave me very accurate answer and printed out the time table, indicated the station on map for me. However, the station that he gave me was wrong( I arrived 10 mins in advance ) so I missed the ferry at 4:21….there was absolutely no one in anywhere near the station so I desperately rushed back with my luggages to the hotel, where there is an older guy in the front desk said it’s the next station after the one Lorenzo gave me, which means one more bridge. Yet, I did ask this older guy before I left the hotel at 4 and he was very sure. When the second time i doubted him he said “ you can wherever u like lady!” There was no empathy, as if it’s none of their business! Second time I rushed to the correct station n took the ferry at 4:55 and I missed the train to Milan! Buying another italo ticket wasn’t a problem but it’s about life and limb! I’m just hoping the front desk could be more professional n check really carefully when they give suggestion. I would definitely miss my flight if there was no Italo fast train, plus I took taxi right after I arrived Milano centrale to make it! Room was small couldnt open big luggage but it was clean, the cleaning lady deserved a big tip! I like they provide water and slippers. The view from my room is authentic. The hotel is convenient if u r around San Marco square or you always have to go to bathroom. If u r taking night ferry to Santa Lucia Train station Ferrovia, remember is on the right END station from San Marco, it’s another bridge u have to cross.

Location is very good, right in the center and near the Gondola rides and private water taxis. Only issue was that our room had small toilet flies flying around, saw at least 5. Front desk staff were mostly helpful too

Incredibly beautiful palace with historical feature, high ceiling, vintage furniture, breakfast patio. Really fell so special when you arrive there, especially by water taxi access. We could check in early and the staff was very kind. The standard room (queen) was a quite dark and small duplex but very comfortable and quite! A/C and fridge worked well!

I’ve chosen this hotel for it closeness to airport, coz I arrived late night. There was long line for taxi, no another transportation at night. The location of the hotel makes possible to walk to it, 20 min. I had small and clean room , nice breakfast. Atmosphere is quite nice and calm at the hotel. Also there is a bus stop close to get to city center. I would advice to add the compliment water for your guests.

Beliggende i en dejlig roligere del af Venedig med masser af spisesteder/barer osv. Praktisk til vandbussen, som er lige udenfor for ture til Murano og Burano. Personalet var venligt nok og hjælpsomt. Ingen elevatorer og ingen til at hjælpe dig med at tage din bagage op til dit værelse. Så husk det, hvis du har en stor bagage. Det var ikke et problem for os, da vi altid rejser let. Morgenmaden var meget grundlæggende og serveret i et lille indgangsområde til spisestuen. Lidt af en klemme for at få kaffe og mad, meget travlt. Vi holdt i midten af ​​oktober og værelset var stadig meget varmt. Airconditionen fungerede ikke særlig godt, men det var tåleligt, men jeg kan forestille mig, at det ville være meget varmt om sommeren. Også hvis du åbner vinduet, er der mange flere myg i Venedig end i junglen på Borneo! Så tag dit insektmiddel med. Det gjorde jeg ikke, så jeg var dækket af bid. Rimelig pris, så okay for en kort tur. Min 4. gang i Venedig, det er altid magisk, det udgør alt!
