The Staff service, the hotel, the luxury benefits and the overall experience was perfect. I have been to many of the best hotels in the world and I would definitely put this in my top group.

Overall: The toilet’s too old and honestly the hotel shall be renovated. Services are good, location is good but it cannot changed the fact that the facilities are very old and totally not up to 5 star standard. Worse 5-star hotel experience that i have got and i really wanted to change to another newer hotel on the second night. The toilets (esp the bathtub) is not clean and the bathtub is with dark spots/ marks that cannot be removed. The beds are cozy but reli the toilet’s disappointing. I didn’t use the bathtub at all!!! Quite pissed off when i saw toilet. Not dare to stay in a Sheraton hotel for a while. Four star maximum for this hotel. Miles away from Five star. Breakfast: Very average and the selection is not as much. Disappointing and the restaurant is not big, or even a bit suffocated. I am really disappointed for my stay, for the cost that i paid for two nights ($700USD, ard HK$5600) and you can find a lot more better hotels (much newer hotels) in bangkok for this price. Regretted that i booked this hotel and no way that it worths a 4.8/5 marks in trip.com. 10分不推介 廁所太殘舊 

This is one of the best 5stars hotel in Bangkok Good maintenance for all even outdoor facilities Great location just within 5mims walk to BTS station and terminal 21 shopping mall All hotel staffs so smart and excellent and politely,smile all the time Checkin so quickly and kindly receptionist Room cleanliness and to refill everything everyday, it's perfect if provide turn down service Good quality food buffet breakfast and staff so helpful Tried Rossini restaurant, excellent food and service, better than more michelin restaurants I tried At the end safety is more important

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel, and I must say, it exceeded our expectations.  From the moment we checked in, we received personalized service from Khun Pat, who made us feel truly welcome. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with top-notch amenities. As an Elite Gold member, I was treated to the hotel's impressive butler service. After a long day of shopping, we requested for hot drinks, which were promptly delivered to our room.  The hotel's location was also a major plus, making it easy for us to travel with the BTS nearby.  What truly impressed us, however, was the hotel's commitment to responsive service. Every request we made were met with a prompt and courteous response. Overall,  we are happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking exceptional service and amenities. Five stars, without a doubt!

Excellent service provided by reception and house keeping staffs. The swimming pool is not big but truly relaxing. Right opposite to big shopping centre Terminal 21 and Asok BTS Station. Very convenient!

Greatest hotel I’ve ever been to in Bangkok I wish I could live their forever it was amazing

The location is the best as the hotel is located just beside the BTS station, no need to bring an umbrella. The room is also great, the breakfast is delicious especially breads, and the pool is unique and comfortable. Since I stayed on the birthday, the room was upgraded when I check in. All of the staff have full of hospitality.
