I just can’t stop taking photos at this hotel. Unique old-fashioned of Chicago vibes concept at here is such a cozy and relaxing. Functional room with a good size of bathroom. Various choices of breakfast both of Asian and western delicacy. Gym / sauna and tiny swimming pool also provided. Good wifi signal at almost every spot. Professional staff.

Great 2-night stay at Muse Hotel – stylish room with a beautifully designed basin and a welcome drink to kick things off right. Rooftop pool & gym were cool (literally) but overall lighting felt a bit too dark. Location’s a win – close to CentralWorld within 10min walk. Would stay again!

It’s a beautiful hotel, and I only enjoyed the pool. Overall, my stay was disappointing. The room felt old, and the noise from doors slamming at night kept waking me up. The bed was also quite hard, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. 🥲

Service and everything in Muse is great, perfect for couples..but if you are travelling with kids or needing a big pool then perhaps this might not be for you…we love it though!

Good stay at Hotel Muse Bangkok, We're having a great time together. The room is nice and have an amazing view with the fully amenities. The hotel also has a restaurant underground and the rooftop bar which is amazingly nice.

Room is clean, service is food. Location is best, easy access to Chitlom BTS station. Can use skywalk to go to the top and famous shopping mall nearby like Dior golden gate, Gayson Amarin, Central World, Erawan Shine and Siam Paragon.

It was my 4th time stayed at hotel muse! The hotel just in a perfect location really! Hotel staffs are very friendly and nice! Too bad welcome shots is no longer available there this time. Room and facilities are great! Bed is big and very comfortable! I enjoyed the pool a lot too. I think I will always book hotel muse every time I come to Bangkok

While waiting for my room to be ready at 3 PM, I had lunch at the hotel restaurant. I was surprised when the waiter brought the bill as soon as the food arrived and asked me to pay immediately, before I even started eating. In most places, payment is usually requested after the meal, so this felt a bit rushed and unexpected. Additionally, the waiter stood right next to me the entire time while I paid and signed the receipt, which made the experience slightly uncomfortable.

Hotel Muse is a Marriott owned property, so if you are part of their loyalty programme you can enjoy the benefits here as well. The Hotel's theme is very 1920's speakeasy, and I found it quite aesthetically pleasing. However, it may be a bit 'dark' for some as the colour pallette is mainly black. The hotel has several restaraunts and a rooftop bar which are decent, but a bit overpriced even with a discount. The level of service is incredible, and the staff truly take care of you every moment of your stay.
