I stayed in this hotel 4 times in july and august 2024. THERE IS VERY LITTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The hotel is okay. But on the last stay the management were very uninterested in my comfortable sleeping. I asked 4 times, apparently a hotel does not have extra pillows. I had a gastro problem so I asked them an extra towels and a duvet, just in case there was a problem in the night. I may as well had talked to the wall. They were completely uninterested in helping me with this embarrassing problem.
On the last stay the twin beds are extremely uncomfortable. Very hard, Thailand normal. I asked for extra pillows as well, they were not interested, apparently they had no extra pillows. There is a nearby linen so i took a couple of extra towels, pillows and an extra duvet so i could sleep. Previous to this I had asked the management for help with this issue. The next afternoon there was a rude letter about me using some extra linen. The letter also said that I should pay for extra pillows. The management have no idea about treating their customers with any compassion. So much for a Thai smile.
