The hotel is very close to MRT Lumpini Exit 1A which is also connected to One Bangkok. The room is spacious and the staff are nice and polite.

Awesome hotel. Great service and very clean. Got to stay on the 26th floor with an awesome view of Lumpini Park. You wouldn't be disappointed by choosing the Aetas Lumpini.

Very close to the MRT station,all of the staff are very friendly.we will stay again if we visit Bangkok.

Just opposite the new Bangkok One Building with lots of shops and restaurants inside. The new Center Point building next door hosts a 7/11 and MRT station Lumphini is within 1 min walking distance. Rooms are clean and spacious. Small pool with very little sunchairs and not much sun. Friendly staff. I was there 4 days after the big earthquake (28.3.2025). Clearly visible surface cracks in many walls but they claim to having checked everything and all is said to be secure...

I had 5 suites rooms booked and most rooms had issues with Room-Tv not operable with remote and language options unavailable. Reported sighting of cockroach on my 25th floor. Toilet flush as water clogging. Check in process takes far longer than usual. Service interaction with guests very limited except for brilliant concierge. Lacks anticipation of guest needs and limited to one service culture.

It was such a beautiful hotel and has a good location . It was accessible and near in malls , parks, and markets. We enjoy our honeymoon trip here in thailand. The room was maintained very well and smells good. The staff are helpful.

Spacious room and a big jacuzzi enough to fit 2 people inside ! Breakfast was amazing as well ! Highly recommended to stay !

Perfectly situated across from One Mall (Bangkok's newest shopping destination as of January 2025) and just 100m from Lumpini MRT station, this hotel boasts an unbeatable location. The surrounding area offers abundant street food options, creating an ideal hub for shopping, transportation, and dining. The iconic Lumpini Park, one of Bangkok's largest green spaces, is also within walking distance. However, the hotel itself falls short of expectations. The property has a distinctly office-like atmosphere, lacking warmth in both its design and service approach. While the rooms are spacious, functionality issues detract from the experience—malfunctioning taps and worn towels being notable concerns. The gym and restaurant similarly suffer from a clinical, impersonal ambience that fails to create a welcoming environment for guests. In summary: excellent location, but the hotel experience itself needs significant improvement to match its premium positioning.

Overall was not so bad. was shock that the executive floor does not serve breakfast but they have decent champagne hour. my room has cockroach, but housekeeper came up to catch it. hate the tv as it always lose signal, the jaccuzi was dirty there were dead skin in the jet. leftover drink from previous occupant too

*** Poor and unprofessional service from the hotel duty manager (female, name starts with Naxxxx)*** This was my first stay at this hotel, booked for six days and five nights based on positive reviews. However, I am disappointed with the unprofessional service and attitude of the female duty manager (name starts with Naxxxxx). On 14 Feb at 9:15am, I reported a noticeable 2-3 cm mattress depression in our room (refer to the pictures attached), which caused my lower back pain after 2 nights sleep. I showed the mattress picture to the duty manager and she used her phone to take a photo and assured me someone would check it. Later, at 9:45am, I reminded her before leaving the room, and she promised an immediate mattress replacement. Upon returning at 12:00pm, the duty manager informed that the mattress had been changed, but the depression remained identical. At 12:45pm, she asked us to stay in the room while housekeeping would come to verify the replacement. We waited 30 minutes (until 1:15 pm), but no one arrived, and our calls to the front desk went unanswered. When we went down, we saw three staff, including the duty manager, chatting while ignoring calls. The duty manager then insisted all mattresses have depressions—something she failed to mention earlier. If true, this raises concerns about the hotel’s standards. All the above statements are true and if the hotel wants to verify, I believe they can check on the CCTV at the counter. Additionally, I noticed a facial towel from 2016—almost 10 years old, yellowed, and stained. It is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel to provide such aged linens. Despite this experience, all other staff were professional and helpful. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve service quality.

What I like most about a place is first of all the convenience of location. It is wheezing, walking distance to the mall and to the park and also there’s some very nice view from the room. 

What a fantastic hotel ! Everything was absolutely perfect ! The location, the price, the rather marvellous staff, the food and drink.... The pool on the 9th floor is just bliss ! I had never visited Bangkok's before and fell in love with the city and Thailand. So much so that I'm returning in April for 1 month. As soon as I get off that plane I'm heading straight to this hotel again. It feels like my second home now. ❤️❤️❤️
