The hotel is clean ,not far from train station ,a few shopping mall around, easy to get food too.

Hotel great location bit far also next to a meat and fish market hence the unpleasant smell

Good location near by The Mall Bangkapi and Bangkapi Market

Nice place and around the area closer to the local market Those places have many varieties of local foods, juices, desert, fruits with cheap and reasonable prices.Even the car park for entrance the hotel has feel in the market 😀 but inside the hotel is nice By the way the lobby is great but when I sit for waiting room , the remaining old customers are remaining old customers before us. In room properties perfect and excellent wifi. For breakfast it was good too. And this hotel is near The Mall Bangapi ,Lotus,another Mall.Transpotation is great close with Port at San Saeb Cannel.,MRT Yellow line. For me you need to advanture by yourself 😉

We booked superior rooms, to stay with kids, instead of double bed, we were given 2 rooms with twin beds, and weren’t able to change it

The only bad thing about the hotel is that it is far from the city center, nightlife and bars. People who go on vacation to Bangkok go there to see these things. Apart from that, there is a shopping mall, market etc. around it. All facilities are available.

the receptionist (MungMing) was terrible and quite rude Firstly she told me that i needed to pay for the room even though I had a prepaid booking from trip.com. we had to argue about this. Then she refused to give me a room anytime before the check-in time - I was there at 12pm. Normally big hotels can give you a room a couple of hours before as a courtesy. After arguing for 5mins, she gave me a room. So a room was available, but she was just being nasty. Luckily on check out a guy was at reception who was quite efficient and courteous. I was planning to stay for a week but did not after the interaction. Go somewhere else if you want to experience friendly thai hospitality the Cleaners all were super friendly and room was v clean.

Good hotel room and nice place near fruit shops

Hotel is very spacious and cozy. Hotel located above Pantip Mall. Is very convenient. Also near to Bangkapi Leisure Mall and Lotus. This stay surely can be repeated.

All staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and good location you can walk at skywalk link to the mall bangkapi and mrt.

Hotel good, just feeling not happy with the Chinese tourists,very duty and until during breakfast we need set far from them.

everything was good . If the key can change to card key will be better.

There's a market downstair, can consider if you wanna save more on your trip.
