Great hotel for the price. Good quality bedding and also the media tvs with Netflix and all. Breakfast was also decent

It was a good experience overall, however the building is starting to become old, but the rooms are still decent if you’re looking to be around this area.

Pleasant good stay. Upgraded me to a suite. Appreciate it! Only cons is that the room face the road and it’s noisy

Location abit far from the big shopping malls. Buffet breakfast is good.

The location is fantastic, The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooftop pool was a great place to relax.

DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL EVER !!! One of the worst experiences... I booked the room for 2 nights. The first night I arrived very late around 1.30-2.00 am. I checked in at the reception desk and I received an upgraded room. I was tired after the flight so it was easy to fall asleep despite some noises which I thought was A/C. When it was bright, I found it's outside ventilation pipes.... And not only one pipe.... You can see the view from the "upgraded" room. I requested to cancel my booking for the second night but it was refused ( including explanation that offer is for the room with window nevermind what is outside). I moved to the other place. Overall experience for the hotel is more 2*-3* than 4*. It's just renovated.

I recently stayed at the Quarter Pom-Pom and found the experience generally positive. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was notably clean with everything functioning as expected. The overall stay was comfortable and the hotel's cleanliness and service stood out.

I get good impressions from front staff attention. They read my notes in the booking very well and arrange my room as requested. Rooms also clean and good condition.

Compared to nearby hotels, the room is new and clean，The price is not expensive

The location is super and easy to access to center of BKK and room facilities was great. Two TV monitor and accessible with internet

The location is tucked deep in the alley of Sukhumvit area.. but with GRAB it’s accessible to everywhere I need to go . The room was spacious and clean . Nice decor with all the amenities needed . The shower was of good water pressure too . Apart from the location, the stay was great . Front desk staffs are always smiling. The only thing is the housekeeping staffs should be more considerate in the morning, when doing their rounds .. they should keep their volume down and close the doors slowly. Else , all is good .

The hotel is rated as 4 star but at best feels like a very good 3 star. The location is good. There are nice yummy restaurants nearby, a very good dispensary across the street, and a few decent bars in the area. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the local malls. Breakfast is included in the reservation, and it is ok but not delicious. The pool area is pretty and the gym is well equipped but there is a risk of tripping and falling because there is little traction in the pool area and while descending the stairs from the pool there is a small ridge in the door frame that can trip you up and cause you to stub your toe pretty badly. The room I booked had a balcony but the staff says you cannot smoke on the balcony which is odd. There is no view from the balcony, just looking at an adjacent building. The lobby is a bit small and plain and check-out took a bit too long. Free tea/juice/lemonade is provided in the lobby. The room was clean but the bed was bit uncomfortable...almost too soft.

I feel really appreciate and impressed the high serviced minded from Chef.Jaang (เชฟแจ้ง). 2 คืนที่พักที่นี่ ประทับใจเชฟแจ้งเป็นอย่างมาก ให้บริการลูกค้าเต็มที่ พร้อมรอยยิ้มและอัธยาศัยเป็นอย่างดี ซึ่งจะคอยให้การต้อนรับบริการ แนะนำเมนู ดูแลลูกค้าอย่างละเอียดและทั่วถึง อย่างที่ไม่เคยได้รับจากเชฟโรงแรมอื่นๆมาก่อน ประทับใจอาหารเช้าโดยเฉพาะเมนู : ไข่คน(สุกกำลังดี) Mexican Styles Baked Potatoes, Baked Pumpkin, Gratin Cauliflower , Asparagus soup and cookies. อยากกลับไปทาน western menus ที่นี่อีกคะ อร่อย กลมกล่อม ถึงรสชาติคะ 👍🌟 คุณพงษ์ FB ก็บริการเป็นอย่างดี ไม่เคยปล่อยให้จานเปล่าตั้งเต็มโต๊ะ เก็บทันทีที่ลูกค้าใช้เสร็จ ประทับใจในความขยันคะ แนะนำนะคะ👍⭐️
