I had a fantastic stay for tje 2nd time at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Bangkok. The river views were stunning, and the location made it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. I especially loved the beautiful pools and the delicious breakfast buffet. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable stay in Bangkok!

Easy to take Chao praya boat. Bts and subway access is not good. We normally took taxi. Iconsiam view was fantastic! We had a chill at Swimming pool, but water is unclean. Facility is classic, kind staffs, nice Thai restaurants.will definitely comeback here!

Good location, rooms need a lot of improvement, old carpets and smells, some rooms don't have safes,some rooms have uncomfortable beds, we had to change rooms 3 times on 3 different floors, that's how I got to see so many rooms, booked 2 rooms for 7 nights. Breakfast needs a lot improvement as well as many of the hot dishes are catered for the Indian market, yet not much of authentic Thai cuisine that you would expect from a high-end hotel as the Sheraton Staff are good and helpful and try to make your stay comfortable. Would I stay here again, maybe if I can guarantee a good room with a wooden floor and a good bed. Be prepared to see a lot of guests wearing pyjamas at the breakfast restaurant. Great shuttle boat service to Icon Siam and main pier. There are 2 shuttle boats. One is really great with leather seating, and the other is basic. Overall, it was a good experience with a few concerns.

During my recent stay at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel, I found the experience to be quite pleasant. While the amenities were generally satisfactory, I felt that the room could benefit from a few modern touches to enhance comfort further. Nevertheless, the overall ambiance of the hotel, coupled with its convenient location near major attractions, made for a memorable visit. I would certainly consider returning for another stay in the future.

the room is really good. Everything is good location and admosphere. The only thing is staff at the checkin counter didn’t tell me how to go to the room I got a room on 22 floor and staff didn’t say which lift I should take I need to find the way by myself

Having spent 2 weeks on Koh Samui, we ended our trip to Thailand with a 3 night stay at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel. It's an amazing hotel - very clean, staff very welcoming and most spoke excellent English which made things very easy for us. The view from every room is the river which provides a great outlook. The facilities are brilliant although we didn't have time to use them all! Both pools are in great locations and have a different vibe to each - equally relaxing. Large fluffy towels are in plentiful supply too. Can't fault the cleanliness of every space and the public areas were bustling but at the same time relaxing. Would recommend. There are high end shops and the only thing that was missing (in my opinion) was a small convenience store - we needed sun cream and had to go out for it.

The hotel location is excellent, just by the River . The complimentary ferry service are very convenient, departure on every half hour . The room are clean with beautiful views. But , the breakfast are short of choices !

I booked this hotel for my parents and they were extremely satisfied with the location, rooms and services provided by the Sheraton hotel and staff. Especially the Shuttle boat to the Sathorn pier and Icon Siam were extremely useful.

Property is a little dated and service not as personable as the other hotels I've stayed in, in Bangkok. Overall the room is clean and I had a great view of the Chao Praya river. Getting a cab there might be a bit of a challenge as it's deep in Charoen Krung, but you do get an area that's peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The river taxi to Icon Siam is a nice touch.

My wife and I have stayed at the Royal Orchid Sheraton several times over the past few years and its a truly excellent hotel. The breakfasts are superb and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel's Italian restaurant. As my wife had mobility difficulties during our stay the hotel catered to her needs by proving a wheelchair during our four nights. Clearly they are very conscious of the needs of guests with accessibility issues.
