During my recent stay at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel, I found the experience to be quite pleasant. The hotel's location along the Chao Phraya River offers stunning views, making it a lovely backdrop for relaxation. The staff were consistently courteous and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met with a warm smile. While the amenities were generally satisfactory, I felt that the room could benefit from a few modern touches to enhance comfort further. Nevertheless, the overall ambiance of the hotel, coupled with its convenient location near major attractions, made for a memorable visit. I would certainly consider returning for another stay in the future.

Having spent 2 weeks on Koh Samui, we ended our trip to Thailand with a 3 night stay at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel. It's an amazing hotel - very clean, staff very welcoming and most spoke excellent English which made things very easy for us. The view from every room is the river which provides a great outlook. The facilities are brilliant although we didn't have time to use them all! Both pools are in great locations and have a different vibe to each - equally relaxing. Large fluffy towels are in plentiful supply too. Can't fault the cleanliness of every space and the public areas were bustling but at the same time relaxing. Would recommend. There are high end shops and the only thing that was missing (in my opinion) was a small convenience store - we needed sun cream and had to go out for it.

The hotel location is excellent, just by the River . The complimentary ferry service are very convenient, departure on every half hour . The room are clean with beautiful views. But , the breakfast are short of choices !

I booked this hotel for my parents and they were extremely satisfied with the location, rooms and services provided by the Sheraton hotel and staff. Especially the Shuttle boat to the Sathorn pier and Icon Siam were extremely useful.

Property is a little dated and service not as personable as the other hotels I've stayed in, in Bangkok. Overall the room is clean and I had a great view of the Chao Praya river. Getting a cab there might be a bit of a challenge as it's deep in Charoen Krung, but you do get an area that's peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The river taxi to Icon Siam is a nice touch.

Large riverside hotel, great breakfast (good choice and quality), good sized rooms with river view. Some of room furnishings becoming dated, comfy bed and restful night's sleep

# 4.5/5 Stars: Exceptional Stay with Minor Quibbles I recently spent 4 nights and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and excellent river views. The bathroom was a bit old and doesn't haven't shower, The hotel's facilities were top-notch, with a well-equipped gym and a lovely pool area. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. My only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is that you have to shower in the bath tub and carpet in the room. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are great, and the facilities are excellent. # Highlights: - Friendly and welcoming staff - Comfortable and well-appointed rooms - Great breakfast buffet

The location for holiday was very comfort, nice view in bangkok riverside, got free shuttle boat to icon siam and sathorn pier, the service was very very good, no deposit. We'll be back here for sure

Old but nice overall. Breakfast is suggested as there’s not much restaurant in the neighbourhood. High cp value.
