Four Points by Sheraton Ploenchit, Bangkok anmeldelser

Placeringen er lige foran bts Ploenchit. Mange områder mangler dog stadig forbedringer. Sengetøjet føles slidt. Er for blød n virker gammel. Der er kun 2 2 ladepunkter, og 1 af det virker ikke. Jeg var nødt til at blive ved med at justere mit elektriske apparat for at få det til at fungere. Der er intet spejl i rummet, så hvis du vil sminke, skal du gå på toilettet for at stå og lave din makeup. Sofaen føles også beskidt med et par pletter. Værelset er meget mørkt om natten på trods af at alle lysene er tændt. Alle lys skal styres individuelt. Hvilket er besværligt. Air con kan være støjende om natten for lette sovende. TV er super gammelt, og opløsningen er dårlig. Gymnastiksalen er fantastisk med nyt udstyr. Min hub nød gymnastiksalen.

Excellent location to stay, right next to Bts station. Comfy bed, nice gym and swimming pool. But room a bit dim even with all the lights at night, and water drains poorly at shower area.

Very nice hotel and close to BTS. Last time was Novotel. Very convenient for my meeting location. Breakfast was great too.

The TV channels are limited and screen not very clear. Rain shower also spoilt, inconsistent jet strengths. Room is also not well-lit, kind of dark and abit gloomy feel. But services of staff are great! And location is excellent too

Nice view , but breakfast staffs only serves those Australian or European peoples with a coffee .

Let me start with the downside of this hotel—the room lighting at night is way too dim, which makes things really inconvenient! Whether it’s packing, watching TV, or having a meal, the poor lighting just gets in the way. That being said, the hotel’s location is excellent, and the breakfast is very delicious—definitely worth trying. I stayed for four nights but only booked breakfast for two mornings to avoid getting tired of it. Plus, the staff at the breakfast restaurant were super polite and friendly, which made the experience even better.

Hotel reception staff ate nice , with valid member ID can have early check in . Room are tidy , just a bit dark during in public area and room .

We were very satisfied with this hotel. Check in was fast, counter staffs were friendly. Room is spacious. Breakfast was good with a lot of varieties.

We were greeted by friendly staff and we were fortunate to be upgraded. The room was very clean and we appreciate that all the plugs in the room were adaptable to our plugs. Very near to the train and central world. Highly recommend it.

It’s almost a perfect hotel for its location and price. Only Area to work on is the ants in the room. Noticed ants on the entrance of the room’s wall. Entered the room saw multiple ants. Requested for a change of room. There were ants in the Second room at different floor too.

Excellent location (next to BTS, Rosewood Hotel, Central Embassy) with deep value room rate and great breakfast everyday.

Pretty nice hotel with a great location right next to a BTS station. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and speak English well. 7-11 and shops and restaurants are a 2 minute walk away.

Had always stay in this hotel for most of my Bangkok stay. Good Location and friendly staffs. However a few things seem to lack behind for this hotel. Firstly one of the lift is not working well. Whenever the lift stop at any floor , all the buttons that had been pressed will "disable" you need to tap your card and press the floor that you want to go again. If someone suddenly want to go down while you actually wanted to go up. you have to follow the lift down again. Next is the house keeping room service , although they make the room everyday but the bed sheet had some yellow spot stain upon check in. I thought they will change it when they make the room each day but the bed sheet and pillow case are not change even after 3 days . They only clean the room , tidy your bed and change the towels (when you put the towels on the floor) The white color plates on the 8th floor restaurant are mostly stained and look old but the plates are clean. Just that one can see black stains on almost 80% of all the plates.

This Sheraton hotel is in a great location, right next to the light rail station. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. However, the hotel facilities are a bit outdated. Before our stay, we saw reviews mentioning ants, and we did encounter a few (just two or three). The trash bin didn’t have a plastic liner, though we’re not sure why. On the plus side, there is an outdoor pool where you can relax and enjoy the sun. The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast and one lunch. The breakfast was quite good, and the only difference in the lunch was the addition of three types of seafood.
