Great experience in the hotel, very good service from all staffs, clean and good location hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel itself is nice and has a very good location, making it convenient to explore Bangkok. However, there was construction going on right in front of the hotel and it seems to be a long time project. I stayed on Level 3; noise-wise, it was acceptable. 3 One unpleasant experience was finding blood stains on the toilet bowl when I first entered the room — definitely not what I expected from a hotel of this level. Also, given how hot Bangkok is, I requested just two extra bottles of water, but the FO istaff rejected my request. In the end, I had no choice but to walk to 7-Eleven to buy some myself. Service at one of the restaurants was another letdown. One of the waitresses didn’t greet us, and when we placed our orders, she just nodded without saying anything. Overall, while the hotel’s location and design are good, there are serious areas that need improvement, especially in cleanliness, service attitude, and basic guest care.

The hotel is in a great location, less than a 5-minute walk from BTS Ratchathewi (Exit 3), and is clean and well-maintained. However, the pillow was too soft for my preference, which left me with a sore neck.

The hotel room shower overflows into the room. And both my elderly mom and i almost fell twice. They came to fix but the issue wasnt resolved. We complained about the issue but they said manager is not around and we asked for the managers contact they said they dont have it. They didnt attend to our complaint but we thought its important so in future other guests will not fall. They in turn asked us how many people shower when there is only 2 person in the room. Barely few minutes and the shower area is flooded. We hope the hotel will do something.

Great service, room cleanness and location. Only one complaint is quite loud at night because the hotel is located nearby main road.

My wife and I stayed at MO Hotel Ratchathewi, and it was a fantastic choice! She picked this hotel mainly because of its proximity to many Halal restaurants, a mosque, and the BTS Ratchathewi Station, which is just a 2-minute walk away. There's also a 7-Eleven nearby, making it super convenient for quick snacks or essentials. The room was clean and modern, with a simple yet stylish design. The bathroom was spotless, which is always a plus. The hotel has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring Bangkok. But what truly stood out was the amazing staff—they were incredibly friendly and welcoming! Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Big thanks to the team! Overall, if you're looking for a well-located, clean, and comfortable stay with excellent service, MO Hotel Ratchathewi is a great option. Would definitely come back again!

A hotel near the train station, suitable for couples traveling. The rooms at the hotel are clean and odor-free, and everything is well-maintained like new

Location and the Room is good for the price you pay. The breakfast is nice Choice is sufficient.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Very convenient in this hotel. The picture is breakfast with coconut dessert which is I like best 🥰

First the negative aspects: lot's of traffic noise in room because of thin single glass windows(just use earplugs). Water pressure was poor, and hot water was rarely available(but you will get used to lukewarm showers). No fitness and no pool. As for the positives: Near BTS Ratchathewi, just one stop from Phaya Thai for the Airport Link and Siam for shopping and dining. Local shops are very cheap, lot's of coffeeshops, massageparlours, Thai food restaurants and streetfood and laundry options available. Rooms are neat, modern and spacious. Great 4k tv for streaming, housekeeping did a great job, comfy bed, decent breakfast buffet. Good choice for travellers on a budget or solo traveller looking for a step up from a hostel.

Hotel room is nice with balcony. Overall very good! Just it is too near the road, might affect sleep abit.

Being a solo traveller to BKK (back then was with companion). MO Hotel deserves a great thumbs up! By exit at Ratchathewi (N1) station, and head to exit 3 - walking distance around 2 minutes and you’ll be able to locate the Hotel. Walking distance to MBK Centre and a station away to Siam Station too. And if u need laundry service, there is 1 nearby (less than 5 mins walk). Once u exit the Hotel, turn left and walk straight and turn left again towards an alley and you’ll be able to see this - Asia Dry Clean Laundry services. Paid an express service and collected with 7 hours. A few 7-eleven are around the Hotel too! Highly Recommended!

It’s my second time stay here, since the room is clean and acceptable with the price and very close to BTS. Will consider for the next trip.
