Good hotel and clean

I had the best experience in staying here. I wish I could have the same room permanently. Best thing is about the house keeping staff (Deep, Surja) which everyone wants were very good and did their work on time.It was truly very comfortable and staffs were very generous.

In Bangalore for a longish stay, so was picky about the place to stay. When I came to Oakwood, had already stayed in 3 other hotels for 2 days each and was tired of packing and moving out so frequently. So I was relieved to experience Oakwood, because everything here is near perfect :-)

My 1st visit to service apartment type concept. It was A class in food, room, amenities, checkin, checkout, service. Elevator is pretty big to accommodate luggage. I opted for 9th floor Deluxe Studio facing Prestige Ozone as balcony view. Same floor has restaurant and swimming pool as well. I highly recommend this one.

Probably one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The staff is so welcoming. They greet you every time you come across. The service is so good. Hygiene is at its best. The inside restro is a nice option to go for. My personal favourite was a dessert named Apple Pie. Parking facilities available. My stay was very comfortable at Oakwood.

Excellent experience for stay..we took 2 bedroom studio which was really spacious and perfect for a family stay.Very clean,enclosed with amenities and must say great staffs..their house restaurant was good too..must say very much passionate staffs and great hospitality...would like to mention about Arijit from the restaurant, a humble staff who gave attention to our interest and almost can remember our choice and hence not needed to mention much about our order

It was all great and cleanliness was super appreciated and the housekeeping staff Kartik and Mizoram was very kind and kept the house very neat and clean. The swimming pool was too good to have your great time and totally it was a great experience to have. /1102

I booked Oakwood not knowing what to expect, however the stay has been a pleasant surprise. Comfortable and clean rooms, courteous staff, lovely breakfast to start the day and everything was taken care of. Special thanks to the reception staff and Saurav, Anbu, Saikat and Rabiul to make the stay well looked after.They have been on a lookout for the needs of all guests in the restaurant.

Overall the experience was good. The reason why i rated as 'average' was because of two issues I experienced. Firstly, I received poor feedback regarding a shirt that was missing from my room. It was a white shirt that must have been collected by the laundry service by mistake. When I notified the front desk the day before my check-out they said they couldn't find it. The front desk manager said that I must have it in my bag. This was annoying as I had already checked there. There was no feedback for that whatsoever and no follow-up. Second issue was that the hotel staff called me on the weekend at 0400 AM to tell me I had forgotten a diary. This was not even my diary but a colleague's. It was a very antisocial hour to be calling guests and this should be checked in advance.

The 2 week stay at Oakwood Residence Whitefield Bangalore has been one of the best experiences. ***** with the room quality, the food staff, reception staff and housekeeping are amazing and very very cordial and well mannered. They made us feel completely at home. Special mention for Arijit, Rabi, Saikat, Saurav, Anbu, Sebak, Prem, Sapna, Soumi and Amit. All of these and the rest have been exceptionally courteous and made our stay a top quality one. I would 110% recommend Oakwood Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Good room size. Neat rooms. Toilet was old style but clean. Food was nasty. Service coulee better. Overall nice stay in the hotel. Rooms had fridge washing machine and gas burner for cooking purposes which is good. Good to see not water bottle rather having dispenser

Loved my stay here. Will be staying again soon. I would 100% recommend the place. Would like to give good feedback about a couple of staff, who are polite and sometimes went out of their way to serve me well: Saumitra Dhara - Room cleaning Saurabh (maybe Sourav) - Restaurant dining. Area to improve: I found a few staff members being little-judemental. Not by a big margin, but I could sense it. Hope this gets improved.

I had visited Oakwood with my husband in Jan 2025 It was indeed a great experience We were v happy with all of their facilities, but the gym was really clean n bright. Also appreciate the staff above all I wud have loved to meet ton the beautiful lady at the reception who helped us throughout… unfortunately forgot her name!! Overall good experience!!
