Room was very spacious and clean with a pleasant smell. There was a big sized bed, small table with sofa and desk. Minibar is also available. Bed lining was soft and clean and bed itself was comfortable for sleeping. There is AC control mounted on the wall. Bathroom was very clean with hot shower and small shampoo/body wash/hand lotion squeeze bottles mounted the wall. There is towels, toilet paper and bidet available. You might now find hair dryer, but is available on request. Food at Zest was delicious. There was plenty of various types of South Indian, North Indian and continental foods (for all those ones like me that can not have spicy foods). Room service is available 24 hours. Regarding WiFi connectivity, it was very good. We were provided codes for two devices only per person which was enough for us. Payment can be made with cash or card (even international). Note: Check in and check out process was very smooth. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Definitely we’ll stay here next time we are in Bangalore!

The Hotel is really nice,compact with all amenities to have a comfortable stay.Courteous staff at reception very humble. Room were spacious.staff were helpful,efficient and professional.The restaurant had really delicious food ,we like the rice bowl , authentic Asian cuisine . Delicious 😋 highly recommend

We stayed for a night..Really enjoyed my stay... welcoming staff,helped with my queries. House keeping was always on toe with all my request. Reception staff were really courteous . Kariyappa from maintenance really helped when we had an issue. Really appreciate the service Highly recommend ……..

Best hospitality experience staying in Southern Star. Front Office staff are really professional and helpful.The Breakfast is the highlight, delicious... The buffet at zest was delicious, worth the hype. Chef milan makes the best north cuisine. Had a wonderful, relax stay Walkable distance to cubbon park amd other shoping spree. Really amazing hospitality.

Location wise is great 👍 Rooms was tidy and spacious,as per my liking we really like the Breakfast spread. Chef. Ganesh makes the best cheese omelette.. Had a wonderful and relax stay. The hotel is located at Walkable distance to cubbon park and shopping destinations.

Location- Nestle in central Bangalore. Prime Location. Really convenient to travel. Attraction- walkable distance to cubbon Park,aquarium, UB city,MG Road for shopping, commercial street. Rooms- really neat,clean Lenin, all amenities provided for your convenience. Food- the breakfast was the highlight during the entire stay. Overall satisfied with the service and hospitality. The staff are well verse with all queries and time delivery with request. Really made the stay comfortable.
