Amazing staff and service! I really like to stay at this hotel when I come to Bangalore. Anil and his team are always eager to help and to make me feel comfortable and at home. The food selection is also very good. The rooms are clean and modern. I hope to see them soon! ❤️

I travel a lot, I never see anything like this! The most amazing, nice and carful team I've never seen! There so many names and faces so I'll just say collective THANK YOU! I've been sick and they took care of me around the clock, making sure I am ok, that I've been eating, and even buying my medicine. You are all amazing people, see you all soon!

This is my fourth visit to Bengaluru and my third stay at the Courtyard by Marriott, Outer Ring. My colleagues don’t understand why I chose CBM over the Leela Place, but here is why: —Location: Not only is it closer to my work location, but Concierge Executive Anil Kumar Reddy makes transportation back and forth so easy. The cars are always ready on time, even with limited notice. And he always greets me as if we are long-lost friends. —Housekeeping: This may sound like an odd selling point, but the team is so conscientious. And this trip they surprised me with a very thoughtful gift, that truly made me feel like a treasured guest from both his Manager and my Housekeeper Yathanth R Sudarshan. —Cuisine: The in-room dining is extensive, but I love going to BG’s Bar & Grill on the first floor. The smile from Harshite is so welcoming; Gaurav took such good care of me and my sunbathing compatriots over the weekend and during a few visits during the week. And, the food selection is extensive. (Though I do miss the spicy tempura veggies. ) I do recommend a stay at the CBM in Outer Ring. I think you will be pleasantly surprised…. Namaste!

Amazing experience. Super ambience and a great range of dishes. Thanks to chef Abhishek's taste buds and selections. He gave us an experience which I always desire to get in any kind of dining. We both loved each and every preparation. We will definitely visit again!

The concierge staff, particularly Anil were lovely to me and so very helpful. He arranged a sight seeing trip for me on a rare day off. Their drivers were always on time and all very friendly. The staff at the pool restaurant were very pleasant but you will get slow service. Staff at breakfast seemed irritated by the mere presence of customers and front desk are worse than useless. Water pressure in the shower is dreadful but the every varying temperature of the water at least adds a bit of excitement to the day. Honestly the welcoming smile from Anil each morning and evening is the only thing dragging the rating up to average. It’s only his concierge desk that is actually providing five star service.

Amazing experience in Momo cafe for a buffet dinner.. celebrated our anniversary. Wide range of food varieties... Deserts are amazing. They have even arranged cake cutting for us . Thankyou for hospitality and experience We will visit again.
