The hospitality was very good and room was excellent. Food was very good , really enjoyed my stay . Rohitha was good at customer service and others in reception was good at attending the customersThe overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxing, and the staff's friendliness truly stood out. It’s a perfect choice for anyone looking for quality and comfort at an affordable price. Highly recommend staying here!

Location was very silent and good breakfast.Room was clean and the interior was very pleasant . You will be getting dedicated service in the restaurant while having breakfast. A must visit place in heart of the city @ bangalore Will recommend this place

Room was not serviced the next day by housekeeping. Amenities like bathing gel was not placed in the room. Old smelly linen on the bed. Sound from corridors kept me awake all night. School trip kids were housed on the same floor and they wee noisy and rowdy.

Other guest are quite noisy during my stay.. around 11pm also they are running here and there and there was no sound proof

Excellent service. Would like to mention staff Swapan, Sadrul, Mehboob and chotu. Warm service rendered by mentioned staff. Delicious fresh food, not a lot of choice but fresh ingredients and if preordered lots of choice. Good breakfast choices. Rooms and toilets clean . Value for money

The hotel was cleaned and properly maintained. The food is also good. But sometimes the behaviour of room service was not pleasant. The chief is good but the way of communicating is not. But i like the behaviour of the food serving staff especially one person and shatrughan the recipient

It is great experience living in Langford keys. Service with this hotel is a beautiful.all over they are providing very good service in every aspect.sadrul is the guy who gives all the exposure of this hotel.every one should try it at once in his when they came to Bangalore.
