Prime location. Rooms might need some renovation, especially the bathrooms and plumbing system. otherwise service and food is good.

The location is really prime. But the accommodation is very average. This was a yesteryear star hotel, but now it doesn’t have the charm. The food is not good at all, room service is slow , the rooms looks very old, lacks enough lighting , in general , they haven’t taken efforts to update any facility in the room. But it’s at least clean enough

The hotel room was good. The service quality was good and staff was supportive. Food was good . It will be good if the ambience of restaurant can improve.

Room is average switches and fixtures not at all maintained bath room curtain was stained fixtures mutilated had to change the bathroom room shower unit at 11. 30 in the night. Room service was good, polite room girls. Not a hotel worth of 6500/day, stayed for 2 days

Hotel ambience is good. Not very costly. Need improvement in food quality and options. Rooms are spacious and good location.

No hot water, drainage of bathroom is not working leading to all water spilled on the floor. Breakfast is of poor quality. Never coming back here again. Not worth 6k a night.

The stay was not great. delay in alloting the room and the TV was not functional, there was no hot water and it took almost 2 to 3 hrs to fix, that too after calling multiple times. food is also not very great and breakfast buffet does not give much option. Overall not a great experience.

The stay at the capitol, bangalore was not worth the money at all. The infrastructure was very old and unclean, food was not upto the mark. Tv was not working. Poor management and service. Not recommended.

Cockroach mosquito no tv working. Towels are old, gym is not maintained

This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. It's not even a 2 star hotel. We had arrived at 1 am after a long international flight. The whole hotel lobby was is darkness. There was 1 receptionist and another person sleeping on the lobby sofa. There were no falilities open. No room service. All facilities close at 10. 30 pm. The how is it classified at a 4 * property. Next we enter the room. It's absolutely filthy. The toilets were full of grime. I could go on and on about the terrible experience. I called mm t at 1 am but they were of no help

The location of this hotel is great. Their service is very good. Food is also good. But the hotel requires renovation and the furniture should also be replaced by new furniture. What they have now is very old. Overall it was a comfortable stay. I will definitely book this hotel again whenever i am in bangalore.

Very basic hotel - no plug around the table near bed. Requested for an extension board wasn’t given till the 3rd day of my stay. Food is pathetic. Room service is pathetic.

Terrible service, ill-maintained rooms, below average food quality, and lack of adequate staff. Avoidable!
