Perfect stay here! I love everything here and the staffs are super friendly and helpful! Nice environment, many restaurants nearby as well! Especially all the reception ladies Devi, Fanning and Resi are extremely friendly with great smile! Would love to come again!

The hotel is gorgeous, the service is top notch! Come, you won’t regret it, the guys have everything you need for a quality holiday. We are also ready to fulfill any of your wishes. Thanks a lot! The location is excellent, there are many interesting places to eat, shops nearby, and there are a lot of different services for a romantic pastime.

Had a great time at Astera! We initially only booked for three nights but ended up extending as we liked it so much. It's close enough to all the great coffee shops, restaurants and party spots while also being on the outskirts and not too noisy. The staff were always friendly and kind and the villa has good western and Chinese breakfast options. The room was spacious and clean and would definitely stay there again!

My partner and I had an absolutely incredible stay at Astera Resort Canggu! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and looked after by the attentive and friendly staff. The room was impeccably clean and spacious, with all the amenities we could need. We loved the private pool—it was the perfect place to unwind and escape. The lush, serene atmosphere around the resort really made us feel like we were in our own little paradise. Location-wise, Astera Resort is ideal, close to everything you’d want to see and do in Canggu while still maintaining a peaceful ambiance. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable experience, offering recommendations, arranging transportation, and always greeting us with a smile. Overall, Astera Resort Canggu was a perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the beauty and tranquility of Bali in style.

Really disappointed with the management of hotel and trip.com.. booked this stay for my wedding anniversary I received the wrong room.. I booked the smart one bedroom villa, however the hotel claims that they received the reservation as one loft bedroom villa..I paid more for the smart one bedroom villa.. they hotel management asked to me to settle this issue with trip.com.. informed trip.com and they told me no error on their end the correct room was reserved..so I went back to the hotel management and they said they have evidence of the room reserved.. All I’m asking for is refund for the price difference, even I never get to stay in the room I booked I’m fine with it.. it’s really frustrating we came to Bali to have relaxing time for our anniversary but ending being super stressed up with this issue.. The room aesthetic wise looks nice however the hygiene was very bad.. the hot tub filled with tiny bugs went we arrived.. the shower rain has water stain all over and the shower knob was so rusty you can’t even turn on the shower.. the management was so bad I requested for a slightly late check out timing 1pm since my flight was in the evening and they refused my request.. which made me to rush my check out for the stay.. if you want complimentary service pls don’t book this hotel cause everything they charge even simple room decoration they overcharge..

This was a very aesthetically interesting pleasing hotel with really nice staff who are kind and helpful. However some things as advertised online were not right. (1) big pool as advertised (2) no free shuttle as our room rate suggested we still had to pay for that. The staff are nice I think the hotel just needs a little updating. However the Spotify is really lovely and the TV and location is very far from the airport but still nice & close to the Canggu central areas.

Awesome place to stay, we had wonderful time. need bit more cleaning other than that, everything is good.

first thing that they haven’t mentioned while booking is they will take 500000 IDR as security money from you and will refund when you checkout so please keep in mind as this charged me a transaction fee from my card. Second the service was not upto the mark like sometime i have to call twice to get my bottle fill with water.
