Hotel is right on a very nice part of Sanur beach. No big waves. Perfect for relaxed floating around near the beach. Clear water too. Two pools, one for kids, and an enormous one for adults. Staff are amazing. Gym is a little old. Sauna is nice. The hotel grounds are lovely. 5 cafes and restaurants on the grounds. At least 100 others within a 10 to 15 minute walk. I would stay here again. Breakfast was great.

Room a little old but the complete service, package and quality make it a very good spot for a family holiday. The proximity to many spot make it a very good hotel to stay in.

One of our favorite hotels to stay in Sanur. Excellent location along the beach, sprawling grounds with multiple pools, well landscaped gardens, multiple restaurants and dining options. Bamboo Beach Bar is a great hangout overlooking the ocean. It’s an older hotel but makes up for it with friendly staff, excellent service, great breakfast buffet and cleanliness. We look out for the occasional good deals on the Trip.com app to get up to 30-40% discount!

Old hotel but great services by the staff. Away from the busy Kuta beach making it suitable if you would like to have a quiet trip. The beach not as clean but you can walk and jog along the beach quite nicely.

I do not rate Prama a straight 5s because I do not want other people to know how good it is. We stayed in Prama for six nights from 24 to 30 October 2024. We chose Prama for, mainly, its location, price and nice pool. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the room was newly renovated and quite big. We booked the cheapest room but the view was still Okay. The layout is perfect, you walked down from your room, a short stroll to the pool and then you would reach the breach in no time. There were plenty of sun loungers so you did not have to fight for one. There were countless numbers of eateries and massage ladies outside. One hour massage only costed you HKD50, much much cheaper than other East Asian countries. The price of drink and food was also unbelievably low. On average it costed less than HKD200 for a quite decent dinner with meat, fish, prawn, veggie and drinks. It is not perfect, of course. There are places that still have room for improvement. An example is airconditioning and water pressure. But Prama offered to swap a room for us, which we politely declined as we found the situation bearable. Yes, Prama showed some sign of age. But you were having a vacation in a sub-tropical region. The vibe was exactly what we looked for. So no complaint at all. All in all, we were highly satisfied with Prama and will definitely come back.

This hotel was amazing although big, plenty of space and staff, lots of choice for food, all excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff right from front of desk to the cleaners were all very helpful, friendly and competent. We had an issue with our booking on arrival due to trip.com (trip.com had booked a superior room for part of our stay and then a standard room for the second half despite us having confirmation that we had superior room throughout) on showing the hotel our booking confirmation the hotel upgraded the second booking free of charge to us without question, sorted it quickly and efficiently and saved us a lot of stress. They have taken on the task of contacting trip.com and querying ! Highly recommend.

As usual , never disappointed, staff super friendly and thanking you all especially to Bagus. My husband & I would definitely comeback again...soon...

A lovely experience at the Sanur Parma. Although an older hotel it is clean and the facilities were great. But for us, it was the wonderful welcoming,hard working staff that made our trip. Nothing was too much trouble, every interaction accompanied by a greeting and a smile. We would love to come back.

Good location with private clean beach. Delicious breakfast and friendly staffs. Quick room dining service with delicious meal. Bit old hotel, please change the towels and bed sheets. Could not use dark grey colored towels because of stains.

Need more maintenance of the air conditioning because water was Leaking and the hotel room had a weird smell to it.

Prana Sanur Beach Bali - A 5-star hotel whose 5 stars are barely batting an eyelid. The sumptuousness of this hotel is still preserved in the lobby area and around the hotel, through the beautifully landscaped and maintained gardens. Otherwise the rooms are in need of a capital renovation, especially the bathrooms and interior hallways. Through the central air conditioning circuit there is a damp/musty smell which someone had the 'genius' idea of masking with a Glade stuck to the ventilation grille. The beach leaves a lot to be desired, lots of unclean seaweed and rubbish. The pools give the impression of a public swimming pool. The mid-breakfast not only includes Balinese coffee, an espresso is charged separately, 25K++. Absurd, again you can see the lack of five star concept. This is a hotel where especially on weekends a lot of co-nationals come, which at this level maxes out at 3*+.

Poor communication, was told 1 hr for the room to be ready, 2 and half hrs later still no room. Spent almost 500000 IDR at the bar while waiting, they kept saying room will he ready soon. No real attempt to compensate for it. 1 drink removed from the bill. But actually wasn't. The bar called my room saying I needed to sign for it, I spoke to reception about it, reception snapped at me and said it had been done. At dinner that night, that drink was added on to my bill. They said reception had not told them anything about it. Very embarrassing...finally resolved. The bed sheets, duvet cover and pillow cases were dirty and stained. Asked twice for them to be changed before they finally were. Asked for handsoap, it never arrived. Requested for the towels to be changed the next day but only the dirty ones were taken and none were replaced. Had to get soap, shower gel and towels from house keeping myself. The beach on what they call their private beach is very dirty. No attempt to keep it clean of rubbish that has washed up with the tide. Resort itself is ok, the restaurant options aren't the best but ok if only there for a short stay...not a great end to my trip. I was offered free transport to the airport which they claimed to be worth 450000 but grab only charge 850000 so not the greatest of gestures considering the stay was disappointing, especially the way the front of house reception team handled it all, and bearing in mind how much you actually spend on the resort with their over the top prices, tax and service charge added at the end....bar and restaurant staff were amazing however. Didn't have enough time to use the other facilities. Breakfast was edible, coffee was poor. But this seems to he the case in all hotels/resorts/homestay in Bali. If you want an espresso, cappuccino, latte or anything else you have to pay extra. At breakfast you only get the basic weak coffee.

It was my son and I’s fourth visit to Prama Beach, it’s situated in a delightful spot at the southern end of the boardwalk. The pool is wonderful and pool service great. This trip was very wet, however the Bamboo Bar provided an alternative source of relaxation while watching the ships sail to and from Benoa Harbour on the horizon. Great hotel and we’ll be back. Front desk officer was friendly and able to accommodate our request fast. Overall was great and pleasant.
