room space was alright for 2pax. toilet is clean. only issue is rainy season many flies at this location

We are going to sunrise trip the next day 5am, good choice so next day we not need wake up super early. But never expect so cold there during night time. Thank you Sri who served us fetch us out to buy cake. And even give us a surprise diy cake as they aware my husband would like celebrate for me while shop there all close by 8pm.thank you so much for prepare us breakfast box at 4am too.

Beautiful and spacious rooms, nice bathrooms that comes with a bath too! It was a really luxurious stay, would be great if they provided a hairdryer and a separate bar of hand soap. Oh and thicker blankets (or have an additional one available in the room) as it was cold when we were there.

Современный комплекс, есть вроде все на территории. В номере нет фена, кондиционера и на сегодняшний день было холодно и сыро в нем. Отличный завтрак, бассейн

Отличное расположение отеля если планируете восхождение на Батур , шикарные видовые рестораны поблизости все располагаются на кальдере. Жили в стандартном номере, ночью может быть прохладно. Завтраки в ресторане сносные. В стандартном номере плохой вай фай, качество уборки неудовлетворительное.

游泳池是恆温的36度游泳池，這對於山上十多度的温度，讓我們印象非常深刻，房間不是特別大，廁所設施也有一點點老舊，但是靠近很多網紅咖啡店，地點也很方便。

Amazing ambience at the night, great hospitality..the restaurant staff so friendly and front office staff assisting us with great hospitality, we would come back again to swim into the hot water pool. Thank you mrs. Mekar and mrs srinadi for the great hospitality

very comfortable place, quite satisfactory service even though there was miscommunication, suitable for those who have many children because it is safe for children, food is sufficient but needs to be improved, lots of space to relax and nice. Thanks

Overal experience was good. The only main concern was the breakfast at the restaurant. Food refill and table set up should be maintained til the breakfast closed. Also the availability of bath towel in each room. This is my second stay at Pramana Zahill.

Great hotel with an excellent location and relaxing atmosphere. The pool area is spacious and well-maintained, offering a perfect spot to unwind. I especially loved the viewpoint on one side of the hotel, providing stunning scenery and a peaceful escape. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable, with modern amenities that make the stay enjoyable. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Breakfast was diverse and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a fantastic experience that exceeded expectations!

Nice warm swimming pool. But otherwise not much positive. The room is nice, but not nicely finished. They were still making things in the restaurant, so we couldn't eat in the restaurant that evening. They didn't tell me that when booking...

We were sorry we ever booked into a “deluxe” room. We had to request a mini bar which is supposed to come with the room.There was no safe nor airconditioning.The blinds in the room are not hanging properly. The walls are paper thin.Bathroom is disgusting with a shower curtain also badly hung.Towels are thread bare. The breakfast is an oily mess.Then you get told that you may only have this or that from their so called menu.II asked for a second helping of fruit only to be told that she needs to check with the Chef...I suggest that restaurant staff get better training in hospitality.I gym everyday and walked out starving. This noisy hotel does not have a gym or even a bicycle to hire.There is however a heated pool with shabby old cushions & thread bare pool towels. Don’t think you have a view over lake or volcano….!!! Only positive thing to say is that the garden looks nice.
