We booked the Alam Bay for a couple of nights with quite a few mixed feelings about it. At first we thought the location was great being on the beach until we actually looked at the beach. It was full of fishing boats and general trash everywhere, and not an ounce of golden sand to be seen. The pictures taken from the hotel do not show the beach in its true light. We had room 04 which was on the ground floor but the problem was that there was construction going on next door and the Wi-Fi struggled to reach our room. The room itself is very spacious but it is quite tired in places. The bathroom could severely do with some maintenance, as the toilet was leaking at the base and the seat was cracked making your oblutions somewhat difficult and dangerous ! The flaking paint on the ceiling just finished the impression. The TV suffered from the poor wifi and spent most of its time "trying to connect". Although the hotel served beer there didn't appear to be a restaurant so we had to eat outside. Fortunately the small Warung next door provided some great food on both nights. The staff that checked us in were very friendly and pleasant although I can't rate the overall service highly as nobody bothered to clean our room, or provide us with new towels or water during our stay.

The location was great, the room big, the swimming pool beautiful and the staff at reception very helpful, kind and friendly, thanks for everything!

Firstly, the good: the room was spacious with an amazing sea view from the window and views of the village, jungle covered hills and Mount Agung from the wrap-around balcony. The sea is mere steps away and has gorgeous snorkeling just a few meters from the shore. Staff were attentive and helpful. Great cafes and warungs immediately around the hotel. We were pretty much in heaven. However - and this can easily be fixed - the shower drain in the bathroom lacks a gas trap, meaning sewage smells emanate from the drain the whole time. This meant we had to keep the bathroom, which is also poorly ventilated, closed at all times. The one time we went out forgetting to close the bathroom door, the whole room stank hideously. The staff were helpful, providing air freshener and incense to cover the smell, but a visit from a good plumber would fix this entirely. Aside from this glaring issue, I would highly recommend.

Aku book deluxe room Dengan pemandandan lngsung view kepantai. Ngopi dengan pemandang gunung dan pantainya langsung,,tapi syng sekali wktu itu kurang beruntung karena hujan,

Номер просторный, удобная большая кровать, вид на океан и большая терраса, на, на которой можно чиллить ( в одиночестве) Заботливый персонал. Рядом с отелем есть хорошие рестораны, кофешоп и недалеко место для снорклинга (с черепахами) Из минусов: в ванной странная система водоснабжения - для работы душа надо открыть раковину или спустить бачок в унитазе. Несмотря на заверения персонала, на третий день появился запах канализации. Я так поняла, что для Бали это норма.

Неплохой отель в высотке. Не старый, не затертый. В номерах чисто. Много разных штрафов за всю фигню. Советую внимательно читать правила(типа выброс тапочек одноразовых не туда) В целом, рекомендасьён

Прекрасное расположение отеля, в тихом месте на самом береге моря! Очень доброжелательный персонал. Неплохие завтраки. Чистый бассейн! Все номера с прекрасным видом на море. С панорамной площадки открывается вид на вулкан. Рядом варунги/магазинчики. Из минусов-отель старенький, немного уставший. Проблемы с горячей водой и неприятный запах из ванной комнаты.

Отель соотношение цена-качество. Нам дали 1 номер, на 2 этаже. Вид шикарный прям с кровати. Завтраки мы не брали.Правда чтобы пошла вода в душе сначала нужно: 1) Смыть унитаз 2) Включить в раковине воду(не выключать) 3) Включить душ 😁 Нас это больше повеселило чем расстроило Море в трех шагах. Рыбок конечно очень мало около отеля,лучше съездить на снорклинг и посмотреть на черепах(это 5 мин на байке),посмотрите на карту. Маску и ласты можно взять в аренду(25000idr маска+25000idr ласты)

Отличный отель. Расположен прям на берегу океана. Имеется терраса для отдыха на втором этаже, с которой открывается прекрасный вид на вулкан Агунг. Есть небольшая проблема с подачей воды (приходилось одновременно включать воду в душе и в раковине, чтобы был хороший напор)

服務，衞生，觀景位置都非常棒，有露天觀海陽台，有游泳池，適合放鬆，很貼心的體驗，印象非常不錯！

Небольшой старый отель. Не очень уютно и грязновато. Зато в первой линии и с выходом к морю. Ничего особенного.
