A very quiet hotel .The seafront was nearby but the beach is not good for a swim .very disappointing stay here for 3 nites

I thought the hotel was great value for money, the pool was great, the breakfast buffet was yummy the staff was friendly and helpful our room was clean. I recommend requesting room 2412 if you book the deluxe ocean view room. The little private beach was nice and clean and can swim in it no problem, wear aqua shoes, check high tide times before you book it was around 2pm when we were there which was perfect. My only gripe was the flat white I ordered at lunchtime was really bad haha but that is my only complaint😁

We arrived at this hotel at night. It is located in the center of Nusa Dua (great location near to the watersport). However, the room that they gave us was very old. They should have repainted and renovated the room. The wall was moldy, and there's a strange smell in the room. The hotel has a private beach, and the pool is not bad. For breakfast, they should provide more options.

Loved the place.The price is good for the stay

I enjoy my stay here where I slept well in a comfortable bed and spacious room as a solo traveller. The hospitality staff were able to accommodate for vegan dietary requirement and the food is delicious as well as the juices. It's a refreshing way to kickstart a holiday where you can walk to the beach for a dip and sunbathe, shoot some hoops in the swimming pool where there's a basketball ring and balls to play with or to just chill in the pool and spa for a body massage and flower bath. Room for improvement is updating the bathroom as it's looking quite old and the smell of the sewage system, internet connection is quite weak especially for Zoom calls and upon my arrival to check in late at night, the male reception staff wasn't friendly in his mannerisms and greeting, I found he was quite abrupt and unwelcoming and not attentive to being helpful. The female massage therapist doesn't seem to be happy in her interacting with customers but is good at what she does. The hospitability of the cleaning staff and some of the restaurant staff were friendly, helpful, attentive and caring.

A great weekend place with private beach 🏖️

We go in group tour with 9 rooms and everyone loves this hotel. The customer service is good with clear explanation and the view of hotel is good including pool, restaurant, and especially it’s a nice place to see sunrise ❣️

The hotel is in expensive area. Yet we get very good price for this hotel. The swimming pool is really big. Breakfast also good. Just the beach is not that besutiful. Overall i am satisfied with my stay
