An unparalleled living experience in Ubud. Everything is beautiful and I definitely will stay here again next time.

We had a great time staying at Maya. For nature lover this is the best place to go. I love their 2 swimming pools and even the staffs by the pool (I forgot their Names) are very friendly and nice. They help us taking picture too. They also offer free afternoon tea.

Good Service, food and arrangement. There're forest trail and rice paddy within resort. If you're nature person you will love here.

Maya Ubud provides out of this world experience! It's a fantastic hotel with amazing service. I was thoroughly impressed by the friendliness of the staff and their impeccable service. They even provided a butler that we could contact throughout our stay. The best thing is that they also provide free activities every morning and afternoon such as yoga, forest trial (which is in the compound), rice fields walk etc. They also serve free afternoon tea for guests to enjoy. For dinner, if you dine at their Mayasari restaurant, you will get to enjoy different traditional performances every night such as Barong Sari, Frog Dance. It's memorable! The resort is near Ubud city centre and it provides shuttle service to and fro every hour. It's very convenient! I can only sing praises and nothing else! We will definitely be back again! :)

Outstanding! Maya Ubud is a magical place to stay with great facilities and incredibly friendly staff. Every detail has been thought out to make for a relaxing and rewarding time at the resort. The centre of town is just a short shuttle bus ride away, but you may not even want to go to town much, as the hotel is so nice. (Plus, good Wi-Fi everywhere if you can't quite lose touch with the rest of the world!) I also enjoyed walking to the rice fields next to the hotel -- beautiful views!

Stayed in Maya the second time. A comfortable and family friendly resort. Near to town, and proves many activities for everyone. The restaurants serves good food too.

We like the spa on riverside and the price. Very good breakfast with various chicken menu.

Good resort with infinity pool for swim and sunbathing. Rooms are nice with private balconies. Had birthday cake for celebration 🎉. Fresh fruits platter and welcome drink , towels upon arrival. Dinner at the Balinese restaurant was quite nice with local Balinese dance performance which can be enjoyed while having dinner. Lots of greenery around the resort which is quite nice to enjoy away from the hustle and bustle

Great breakfast buffet, nice “adults only pool”. Beautiful surroundings, quiet, amazing wildlife. Great service. 

Location, Staff, Room all are beyond exception, Except the glass door of the door was quite difficult to lock/unlock.

I came to Bali to find peace, to still my mind, refresh and reset. I found all of that at Maya Ubud. From the welcome my first day to the fantastic massage at the Spa to the kind greetings of the front desk staff to the excellent service at Tree Bar to the lovely music during happy hour. My stay at Maya was magic. I look forward to coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking to recharge.

We had an amazing 2-night stay at Maya Ubud with my family! This hotel is truly one of the best in Bali, and I can’t wait to return in the future, especially with my kids. The place is perfect for families, offering a serene and beautiful environment that’s also incredibly Instagram-worthy. Everywhere you turn is a stunning photo opportunity! The service was exceptional, and the food was simply amazing. Located right in the center of Ubud, it was easy for us to get around in a short amount of time. We also loved the complimentary daily activities—yoga, paddy walks, and visits to the plantation and arts & crafts area were such unique and enjoyable experiences for our family. The pool service was top-notch too, with towels provided and food delivered right to us whenever needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. For my mom’s birthday, they surprised us with a delicious cake and even created an adorable towel monkey—it truly made her day! We also tried the complimentary photo shoot offered by the hotel. The photos turned out fantastic, but purchasing them was a bit pricey. If you want more photos and have time, I’d recommend finding an outside photographer. However, if you’re short on time, the hotel’s option is definitely a good choice. Overall, this was an incredible trip, and staying at Maya Ubud was the highlight. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, family-friendly, and unforgettable experience in Bali!

Great room. Great service! A hidden paradise in Ubud. You can enjoy the silent nature of Ubud and can easily assess the bustling side of Ubud. You should really try on the SPA. The hotel provide afternoon tea daily with Indo traditional food. Additionally, dont miss the free morning yoga class provided by the resort. Really high quality. The hotel also have free photo taking voucher with your key card. We noticed that when we check out. So remember to check on it! Love the breakfast buffet too!
