Amazing hotel. Excellent value for money. The room matched the description exactly. Outstanding service — the staff is always one step ahead of your needs. The hotel is old, and many buildings are currently undergoing renovation, but it doesn’t interfere with the guests' stay. The hotel is located near the monkey forest, so monkeys are frequent visitors. If you're afraid of monkeys, this place might not be for you.

Value for price. Very near to monkey forest. Location is strategic to tourist spot. Unique hotel & a comfortable stay. Monkeys will b always hanging around at the balcony.

Lovely location, beautiful hotel and pool, grounds and pool.kept immaculately clean. Our room however was dirty and very dated the toilet cluncked when you sat on it, noisy fridge and air con, couldn't switch the fridge off because it had a fair amount of ice in it so would have left a puddle on the floor. There was a lot of dust under the bed and a previous guests slipper, dirty behind the bedside table. It was a real shame because we loved it here, I do think that they are refurbishing the rooms so hopefully this will improve. The staff are all really lovely.

Great accomodation right next to the monkey forest. If you‘re afraid of monkeys, mention that to the staff. You will encounter them if your room is facing the forest but they don‘t do anything. Location is good in Ubud. You get everywhere quite fast.

Good place if you like monkeys. Get a room upstairs and you won't miss them!

A well-maintained, family-friendly hotel with spacious rooms and excellent customer service. Great for an stress-free family vacation. Two amazing swimming pools and great location for lunch and nightlife. The hotel is just next to Monkey Forest and it's normal to see monkeys in the hotel. Very good breakfast buffet 👌🏻 It was a nice experience in this hotel in Ubud. I fully recommend this place

Beautiful Hotel in the monkey Forest. We booked the pool villa and it was just as beautiful as it is in the pictures.

The hotel is a bit old, the location is great but the only thing is that id full of monkeys and you have to call hotel staff sometimes to come to your room and pick you up.

Nice place to stay in Ubud. Very Close to money forest. The room was perfect and other facilities was good to. Had an issue with door lock,also stuff was nice.

First of all, the hotel is located next to the Monkey Forest, and this creates a special atmosphere - every day we were “visited” by real monkeys! It was funny and added color to our vacation. The hotel itself is very clean and the pools are clean and warm. We also tried a massage at the hotel spa and it was a great way to relax. The staff is kind, courteous and always willing to help, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Nice room, little bit old, didn't have a balcony although it was written with balcony. Food is nice and pool is relaxing. You can see monkeys there if you're lucky! There was musquitos in my room the first night, I told lobby and they game me a spray can to spray my windows. After that no more musquitos!

Were a very good days staying here, good rooms, beautiful hotel overall. Is very funny when you see the monkeys around the hotel. The location was really good. I recommend this place :)
