Great location right in front of kuta beach, the room is very comfortable

I only stayed for a night before flying out. The reception area is lovely and they are doing renovations. The staff were very attentive on check in. I was given a welcome drink and cool towel. It was a bit of a trek to the room. The lifts were about 100 metre walk away from reception. Although again new lifts were being installed. The rooms seem to be in an old building with open walkways overlooking a messy overgrown weedy area. The room itself was ok. But on close inspection there was a lot of work that needed to be done especially in the bathroom. If you are stuck for somewhere to stay for one night it’s ok. Maybe there were better rooms. Mine was 2412 if it helps anyone. As I said the staff were very friendly and helpful so that always makes a difference xx

My true experience and observations will not be written down. I only give this comment to honour the duty manager Putu. Mr. Putu has assisted me with sympathy and empathy, caring and loving, professional attitude. The big hotel manager(s) have to appreciate strongly this devoted duty manager. He should be given a bonus or at least a nomination of the employee of the month. I am a mature experienced world wide traveller (+50 years) and respect my word to mr. Putu. Future guests - please consider and check physically if the hotel full-fill your needs

Good location, decent breakfast, old rooms and not quite clean. Thank you for store my luggage for few days. It’s better if you will have a facilities upgrade

Service is good and I enjoyed the stay.

Location is good, near shopping mall and food court, front desk service also good.

The room required better maintenance and quite old. It can be better if make a refurbish.

NOT REALLY A GOOD HOTEL TO STAY. ALL UNDER RENOVATION. THOUGHT IT IS A NICE HOTEL, NOTHING BUT A BUDGET HOTEL. I COULD HAVE BOOKED A VILLA RATHER THAN THIS.

Great location n nice hotel. Everyone is friendly. Recommended hotel in Kuta. Beach is just across the road. Will visit again.

Best hotel, best location

Sleeping room is acceptable but overall is quite rundown especially the toilet. The closet has no back wall. The fridge is dirty and spoilt. Generally the hotel is old. Need major renovation. Hotel should be rated 2 - 3 stars only. The front desk service is great except we need to repeat my informed

Unclear room and facility Unfortunately I spent a day

Good location in the first line. But needs a renovation. At least they upgraded my room and I also could check out at 4pm.
