Good side: - Location is good, price is affordable - Near to airport - walking distance to many eateries, massage places -Friendly staff, bottled water given Bad side: - Bedsheets/ pillows are not that clean (some stains) - Towels are not replaced daily - Neighbouring rooms are not occupied,some kind of vacate notice with padlocks on the doors

Even though I arrive late midnight, my check-in process was very smooth and okay.

We booked this hotel very cheaply as arrived late from the airport for one night. We were upgraded to a by the pool room. For the money we paid it was good value. The breakfast in the rooftop was simple but included an egg station. We had no issues with noise or mosquitoes and the staff were very helpful and lovely

Every time I visit Bali I always booked here due to location, price, free breakfast & staff are very nice. 😊

We’ve booked and stayed 4 room for 2 nights. The cleanness wasn’t enough and little ants were everywhere in the rooms we stayed first. We’ve changed the rooms and the got better.

Room was OK . No refrigerator but have balcony which i like. Aircond also not so cold. My room at the end block so its quite far from the main entrance and the nearest lift was out of service. Breakfast was ok only. The location is excellent 👍🏼

I loved it. Spacious rooms, 2 pools, big balcony, comfy bed and kind and friendly staff.

Not the cleanest and the bathroom smelled bad but overall a good stay. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

You get what you pay for, for one night this hotel was fine and was right next to the airport

Overall so so. There's many creepy people in the hotel. And hotel only provide two bottle of water, which is very petty...

Had a great experience staying here for one night. Didn't take the breakfast provided by the hotel as the hotel is excellently located, with a number of interesting eateries nearby. The bed was especially comfortable. The firmness of the mattress was just right and the pillows were great. It's hard to get a good night's rest when traveling, but I got that here at Eden Hotel Kuta Bali.
