This hotel is a delight. It is such a great hotel for families. The kids' menu is huge. Both pools are great and have a kids section. The slide is amazing and works for little kids as well as big. The water dispenser in the room was also a very pleasant surprise. I wish we had stayed longer. The back gate gives you really easy access to the shopping / food strip around a 5 min walk and around another 5 to the beach.

It is really nice place for a holiday 🌺 Also the spa is good.

Good: 1) big pool with kids slides and pool balls, different kids activities (air hockey table, pool table, movies, staff-directed activities etc) 2) breakfast buffet variety Poor: 1) mosquitoes in the room due to poor ventilation (surprised there’s no reviews that wrote about this) staff changed our initial 1st level 2 bedroom suite to 3rd floor but still mosquitoes present) my kids got bitten all over their face, arms and legs during the night :( affected our whole experience of Bali 2) musty smell in whole place 3) dusty and old furnitures with spoilt lamp 4) sudden electricity down as the staff is doing maintenance without prior notice

We stayed for a few days and it was a nice stay. The rooms are big and they have a kitchen to cook if you don't feel like going outside. They provide a shuttle to take you to the supermarket and back as well as to go t the beach. We didn't have time to go to the beach but the swimming pool was great for the kids. The breakfast is good. We were a bit late to the checkout and they charged us the late fee, not happy about it.

Great hotel, a little out of the way. Easy enough to find and get your bearings, quick walk to hardys. Great for kids... 5-12 . Has a waterslide. Good food great staff. Will stay again

Our room was huge, and the pools were perfect. Stayed with 5 kids and all slept well with plenty of space. It was easy to walk over to a busy street in Sanur with shopping, food and drinks, and always easy to grab a cab or shuttle to the beach. Highly recommend for families!

There are no hotel with that price provide all the facilities kids need it. It has waterslide, kidspool, main pool, game stasion playground. It really recomended for family trip. And the room is huge. So it really worth it

I would not recommend this hotel as the bed was full with something that bite us. They should change certain things as this place is very old. The staff and service is good regardless.

2베드룸에 묵었는데 정말 넓어요. 오래됐지만 관리를 잘해서 깨끗하고 쾌적하고 좋았는데 큰방에 딸린 화장실에서 하수구냄새가 너무 많이 나서 힘들었어요. 수영장도 좋고 뒷문으로 나가면 시내랑 연결되서 좋았고 셔틀도 있었어요. 조식은 빵이 주메뉴인 서양식이라 가족들이 발리밸리에 걸려서 스프나 죽을 먹으려 했지만 아무것도 없어서 차가운 두유만 마셨네요. 직원들은 너무너무 친절하고 청소도 깨끗하게 해주고 벌레도 없고 보안도 철저하고 좋았습니다. 다만 위치는 조금 아쉽습니다.

公寓式客房，非常寬敞，有兩個衞生間，乾淨整潔。廚房提供全套廚具，鍋碗瓢盆俱全，可以做飯。有小童泳池和豐富的俱樂部活動，特別適合帶小孩度假。

가족과 함께하기에는 너무 좋은 곳이예요. 직원들도 너무 친절하고, 객실도 낄끔합니다

Очень хороший семейный отель, горка, аниматоры, вкусные завтраки. Есть шатл до пляжа, рядом очень много кафе и ресторанов. Нет шумных вечеринок и пьяных гостей. Все посетители семьи с маленькими детьми!

Hotelnya bagus luas dan ada kitcheseat nya, lokasinya strategis, bersih, cuman ga dapet sikat gigi, selebihnya yg lain ok, anak sy betah nginep disini
