This was a horrible experience. The hotel looks like it has a good view but that’s about it. The rooms are not as described. There are lizards and all kinds of insects in the room. I found myself having to kill lizard in middle of the night. The seats had blood stains on it. The bathroom is in the open so you will see lizards crawling the walls. restaurant food is overpriced and not enable . Tastes bad. The staff is not friendly. They are rude. There is no one to help with luggage when you checkout. If you try to take grab they will harass you outside saying you cannot use grab drivers to pickup from the hotel. They had me walk all the way to the Main Street to get on my ride because I didn’t use their over priced taxi driver. Terrible experience all around.

We stayed in La Joya Biu Biu Resort for three nights and had a great experience overall. The hotel has excellent facilities and access to a private beach. Breakfast is great, and The View restaurant is excellent, too. Our room didn't have a phone, so we had to walk over to the reception if we had an inquiry. We stayed in the Garden Lodge and definitely recommend using that mosquito net, not so much for mosquitos but for geckos. Make sure to spend at least one evening watching the sunset at the restaurant, the view is hard to beat. Be aware that there is a ban for Grab and other taxi services to park at the hotel, so make sure to time your pickup correctly. Otherwise, the locals will send your car further down the road.

Pros: nice view of the sea from the pool, restaurant. Spa was great. Staff were friendly. Food was good too. I’m Cons: was told by the resort that no Grab nor GoJek service can be used in that area, the “standard” fare for taxi to go to airport is IDR 350,000, but we negotiated it down to 210K. Bathroom is half outdoor, can totally be seen showering from the 2nd storey next to my bungalow, or from the small path if you are tall enough. No privacy. The only rubbish bin is in bathroom, we put some leftover of food in it and next morning the trash is everywhere, some animals or birds may have come to eat. Far from downtown (maybe a good point for others).

這家酒店放心沖！一定要提前定，定帶泳池的，真的是太美了，服務和餐廳味道都特別好，一定要點牛排的bbq，超級好吃！最後走的一天都還想吃，我們住了4個晚上，真的捨不得走

入住La Joya Biu Biu Resort是我們這趟峇裏島旅行最差的體驗，沒有之一。如果在國內住慣了酒店到這裏應該是有落差啦。 首先酒店在山裡，幸好我們是包車的，當地的導遊把我們送進去，全是灰撲撲的沙路，並且還是小路，路上一盞路燈都沒有，酒店設施也很原始（説原始完全是給他留面子了），實際上就是爛。前台服務人員工作做的很爛，酒店服務人員也很爛，入住當晚房間裏面蚊子，蟲子，蟑螂全都有，我們三個人入住已經是再付了一份錢（加起來1000rmb一晚了）但是任何好的服務體驗都感受不到。 床上的被子是有很多小黑點的（應該是灰塵之類的，摸起來有顆粒感）我們先和鋪床的工作人員説需要加兩床被子，工作人員應該不怎麼聽懂英文，或者根本不想理我們，他説ok，就直接走了，等了幾十分鐘都沒有拿來，後面又打電話給前台，打了三次才接。前台先是反問我們房間裏已經有被子了，為什麼還要加？我們説了被子臟了他們才同意，而且一開始連第二床被子都不想給我們。 我們在餐廳吃完飯回來就有一衹大蟑螂出現在房間裏，我們和前台交流，他説馬上來，實際上我們又等了20分鐘，蟑螂都繞着房間走了快一圈了……在這麼多蚊蟲情況下，酒店衹給了幾根薰眼睛的香，還沒什麼用……不知道為什麼連基礎的驅蚊片，驅蚊液都沒有。説實話已經無力吐槽。第二天睡醒發現廁所牆趴了衹大蟲，已經無力了。 最後酒店景色確實很好，有免費的早餐也確實不錯，但是居住體驗真的很不好…晚餐在酒店吃的也很難吃，在峇裏島吃的最難吃的東西。 設施：差 衞生：爛 環境：爛 服務：爛

超級nice的酒店！

날씨도 너무좋았고 시설도 만족했습니다. 음식도 괜찮았어요. 다음에 또 다시올수있을듯합니다 편하고 즐거운 시간이였습니다

超過預期！這家酒店有一個超絕的房型！估計是全峇裏島獨一份的！直麪懸崖海景的泳池房真的美翻了！至今為止仍然念念不忘！酒店就像天空之城，俯瞰整個海景真的太美太獨特了～ 雖然地處偏遠，但是酒店食物很好吃，完全不必擔心！房間設施還行，雖然普通一點但基本夠用～酒店還有一個很私密的沙灘

Resort yang sangat bagus, menyajikan pemandangan samudra yang sangat indah, dipinggir tebing pantai balangan, makanan enak banyak varian menu, resto & cafe nya unik, kolam renangnya banyak, pemandangan langsung ke laut lepas, Pelayanan yang super ramah, apalagi reception sangat membantu saya karna ada barang saya yang tertingal, terima kasih, terima kasih sekali lagi, over all good.. someday harus kembali lagi kesini 👍

私人果凍海沙灘+一線懸崖sap+無邊泳池+私人懸空碗池，早餐也無敵棒！除了位置稍微有點遠，一切完美，但是住進來就不需要再出門了，一切都有！早餐好吃！！

非常出片，東西也很好吃，但是地理位置有點偏，懸崖上的海風特別大，呼呼吹，泳池很冷，沒人游泳，還在飛機的航網上，比較吵，房間床頭有螞蟻，不推薦
