One of the best hotels in Ubud! Beautiful, picturesque rice fields. While you sit in the pool - you see how they pick a coconut from a palm tree for you 😁 The service is great, there is everything you need, from dishes to massage. And you can even order food at night. Spacious rooms with an authentic bathroom. In the morning by the pool we used a large jbl speaker and relaxed like in a cool beach club! Everything is neat, beautiful and done with care for customers. Highly recommend!

The location is in UBUD far from Cannggu unless you stay in Ubud area for a few days. The road to get there are tiny and shallow. The hotel itself is an old condition. The furniture and everything inside is very old and cranky. Yet the room is very specious. However, my wife wasn’t really happy with the room because very often she would see cockroaches or lizards in the room which is very disturbing. I know lizards are a part of the nature but still cockroaches means filthiness. The only thing I enjoyed at this hotel is the views from the swimming pool and reception area. I also liked the warm welcome with welcome drinks and the very nice staff.

I enjoyed my stay at Kayangan villa ubud. If you are seeking solace from the hustle and bustle of the world outside then this is the place for you. The staff were friendly:Dek na, Sri and Nami -thank you. Housekeeping checked in daily. Bed was comfortable. No wifi problems. Breakfast was good.

It was nice, room was spacious. View was spectacular. So happy that we saw fireflies at night. Staff was really helpful. However should be careful with the toilet floor when it’s wet, can get really slippery.

We loved our stay at Kayangan Villa Ubud and would live to stay longer at this resort in the future. Our rooms are 2 villas with no pool, but only one of them (and the only one for this room configuration) has an unobstructed view of the rice field. So make sure you book well in advance and confirm availability with the hotel if this is the room you like. The location is ideal if you plan to only stay in this resort during your stay as we found it challenging to book Grab car from central Ubud back to hotel as all of Grab drivers will request higher price than the quoted one in the app due to its distant location from central Ubud. However, if you have private transport, then this won't be an issue as the venue has ample parking. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, one minor improvement that requires attention was the chicken satay as part of our Nasi Goreng for breakfast was not cooked properly with some small raw meat being visible. The issue was raised to the staff immediately.

A nice quiet place away from the centre to wind down from the crowd and traffic. The room is around the rice field, although we didn't get the room with the view to the paddy fields. The downside was that there were farmers working in the early in the morning with machinery, which disturb our sleep and there were also inserts/pest due to the close proximity to the rice fields. But the view and scenery of the fields were the beautiful

This hotel is perfect for romantic getaway from busy and noisy Ubud Area. I stayed with my husband and we absolutely loved the place. It’s really calm please with rice fields and nature, pool is deep on villa, don’t have any mosquitos here also. The food is amazing, especially dinner: beef brisket and pork belly. The best we tried in a life. Also room service is perfect, staff here is kind and always helpful. They can bring breakfast and dinner to your villa, also can order massage straight to villa. Really loved this place and will have warm memories for a long time😍 Thank you so much ❤️

Spent 7 nights in the villa with private pool and open rice field view. Big dreamy soft beds and peaceful silence led to best sleep in ages. Restaurant was great, owners and staff friendly and helpful, dogs and cat also great company. R3nted a motorcycle for convenience, hills not a big problem. Ubud shuttle was 20 to 30 minutes. Better was the scenic route north to the volcano. No traffic, lovely real villages. Private pool and public were great. Great view not only of rice fields, but also of Ubud in the down-slope distance at night. And stars.

Kayangan Villa has staff full of smiles - a serene retreat from busy streets and city-life. Cats -Tia and Theo are there with a warm welcome. Not suitable for loud party folks nor untamed kids/ babies. WhatsApp-reception are not too responsive- long wait for reply. Located north of busy Ubud - next to local rice farmers, it feels like a spa, with spacious rooms, comfy beds and luxury style bathroom. Food is excellent- breakfast, the “Brekky” sandwich and Bali Fruit/ Granola with Latte or Bali Coffee were well worth the pricey meal. Prices are all PRE-tax which is not mentioned on menus. 21% total ( govt/services) Balinese massage in room is lovely. Definitely recommend- would return there.

Out of all our stays in Bali, this is exceptional and very much family friendly. Food, location, room and the staff were exceptional. chefs special nasi goreng is the best one i ever had in Bali. A big kudos to staff, they were way up and below to help the customers. please keep up the good hospitality.. We will definitely visit you back.

Great villa, friendly staff, nice service.

The location is way out from the centre of Ubud. Should you like romance and quiet place, this is the place. Service is excellent and staffs is good.

We had some trouble with the bathroom sink and we had to ask for several days to get it repaired.

I traveled with my 2 sisters to bali and out best stay was in Kayangan villa everything was perfect , we booked one room for 3 people so they added one single bed for us , the view was magnificent very peaceful place you can hear the small animals at night , the ducks chicken and roosters in the morning , the breakfast was super delicious , they staff they were amazing and all the area around was peaceful and beautiful , walking around the rice fields around the villa , there's also a very beautiful water in the nearest village we went there by foot very beautiful they have the swing half price compared to the others( 150k for 1 person ? the nature around the waterfall is breathtaking , I highly recommend this place if you want quality time and peace of mind 😊
