Beautiful villa; very clean and great layout. However, I only rated 3 stars here as it depends which villa you stay in. Some are not well maintained as others like the doors are defective (hard to open or close); toilet location is slightly inconvenient in the open and lack of privacy; showers and rooms are old, dark and dated. Also, your peace and relaxation time is highly disturbed by the noise from surrounding villas with big party groups that play loud cheap dance music from early morning til very late in the evening - nothing management can do as these guests may have paid for 'noise-levy or fee' to allow them to make as much noise as they want.

Excellent staff welcoming us at the first moment we arrived. Well maintained and lush gardens surround amazing spacious buildings. Our family of 24 people loved coming together in this environment to celebrate Christmas in Bali. We highly recommend this for large groups of all ages. Cok and his team were so accommodating with our changing requests for activities including snorkeling and ebiking in Ubud. Radita was amazing with our babies and toddlers.

We had the pleasure of spending a week over Christmas 2023 in Dea Villas - Villa Radha. Our family booked Villa Amy, Villa Sarasvati and Villa Sati. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. We had many meals prepared for our large family of 22 and they were prepared beautifully. Villa Radha was a very rustic Balinese villa and it was very functional, our only complaint is it is under underdone as far as air conditioning is concerned, we found it a little hot at times. Another small split system would be an easy fix.

We stayed two families at Villa Sati for 7 nights (from July 17th to July 24th, 2022). In short, we really loved our stay here, and I am confident that we will be back! The place is truly beautiful, we were somewhat overwhelmed as we feel that the pictures of the place struggle to capture the beauty of it. We got exceptional service from the very nice and friendly staff. We ate most of our meals during the stay at the villa but did also explore some of the restaurants in the area. The meals served at the villa holds a very high standard and is recommendable.

We've only just checked out of villa Amy and we already miss everything about it. The price is certainly reflective of the villa, the service, the grounds and every little thing in between. On arrival we were seved a lovely fresh drink with a small snack and cold towel. We had pre arranged alcohol and meals from their menu to be available in our kitchen which was served through the entire stay by the staff. They even organised beauitful flowers and a birthday cake. The Indonesian BBQ they offer is delicious and absolutely recommended if you want to hang about your villa while they cook for you. The staff are discreet yet friendly and available at every call to make sure your 5 star experience is exactly that. Some struggled to understand the English when we asked them to knock off for a few hrs or go gome early but this was a super small area of improvement. The rooms are 5 star everything in terms of comfort, design, space, layout, amenities. We had a slight hiccup with a cracked shower head and aircon stuck on a timer but the onsite manager fixed both things within 2hrs of advising. We didn't even see them come or go, it just happened like magic. The gym was helpful to work off the holiday indulgence. It is equipped with cable machines, free weights and two cardio machines. Not heaps but far better than most other hotel gyms and on par with other 5 star resorts I've stayed in across the world. If you want to splurge on a little luxury in Bali I highly recommend it and will be only a matter of us going back for more too
