Room is big. But very far. Its not prctical for those hv small kids. Staying at this hotel. U hv to walk like 10 minutes to reach room. Amenities and bathroom normal. Shampoo n soap in broken place. U cant even press it. Will not repeat again.

Be careful of (1) event taking place which is noisy loud and audibly heard from your room. (2) Front office staff which only releases room key after 2-2.40pm even if you reach earlier. There is a buggy to nearby Jerman beach. Without these drawbacks, it would be a good stay. Can also consider nearby Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel which is within the price range which offers higher hospitality, better amenities and offers earlier check in and late checkout.

The room is quite spacious. However for me personally I think the position of the TV like abit not suitable, which is at the left side of the bed. The sofa is far away there. And only got 1 lift to get to my room, we need to walk quite a distance, can refer to the attached the floor map. 1 more thing is the cup provided to drink hot water. There is no handle to hold the cup / mug, so try to imagine you need to hold the cup with hot water.

We stayed at Aryaduta Bali on the last day of our trip, and it was a great choice! The room was definitely worth the price—spacious and comfortable—and the service was good as well. While the staff’s English wasn’t perfect, they were very willing to communicate and assist, which we really appreciated. The location is super convenient, right beside a mall, so you can easily get food and drinks within a 2-minute walk. We didn’t try the in-house massage this time, but the pricing is reasonable compared to outside spa shops, so I’d definitely consider it for my next visit. Unfortunately, I had a minor accident on my room balcony due to the slippery floor, which caused me to fall and injure my leg and head. When I called the front desk for assistance, they weren’t entirely sure what I was saying at first, but they tried hard to understand and promptly sent medicine and wound care supplies. I also noticed they took immediate action afterward by mopping and drying the area thoroughly to prevent further incidents. I really appreciate their quick response and effort. Overall, the stay was awesome, and I highly recommend this hotel, especially for the last day of a trip. Its proximity to the airport makes it incredibly convenient for travelers.

Favorite hotel to stay with family when it come to hotel in Kuta, rekomended.

Room was very spacious and clean, and the service was top notch. However, the windows weren’t soundproof at all. I was given a room with a street view and a live music performance just out the window, could hear the music and bustling car sound so loud and clear as if the window was open.

Room is okay. Staff in the receoption seem to be new. Last min wan to extend the room call the operator it say only left premier room the rest is fully book. But end i book in the website there is dulexe room? Maybe trying to upsell? Not suitable for parent with infant and toodler. The breakfast place alot of stairs. If u are with stroller u will need help

The location is good, next to the airport (10 min drive), and near restaurants and mall and shopping centers. But the room facing the street will be very noisy due to concert and singing in front of the mall next to the hotel from 7-10pm. The hotel is nice and clean overall but the bathroom is not as clean as 5 star hotel should offer.

Good size room, bright ambient lighting, huge bathroom. Average breakfast quality, not the premises but the food choices & tastes.

the room was far away from lift, requested to change the room nearer, failed. Gym room was apparently small but do have all the equipment as usual. location was great, besides the Lippo Mall and have live band always.

It's very close to the airport, and it's close to Lipomall, so it's good to use the underground supermarket. It's good for snacking because it's cheap at Lipomall, such as empty ground beer. Overall, I'm satisfied.😎

Location is great, don't go to the hotel expecting top notch service or facilities.. it's good but it isn't great.. you are paying mostly for the location of the place

Spacious room! Perfect for those wanting to stay near the airport to avoid traffic. Breakfast (buffet style) selection was amazing as well, with so many different cuisines to choose from. Will definitely come again!
