This 3300 sq ft, 5-bedroom home includes 2 LARGE master suites, 3.5 baths, and 2 spacious balconies overlooking the ocean. Upon entering, you will find the rustic first-floor den including a large Smart TV, cozy sofa, and closet with numerous beach/outdoor games for the whole family to enjoy. The first floor also includes 3 unique bedrooms each equipped with extremely comfortable queen beds and plenty of closet space. Moving up to the expansive second floor, you will be greeted by a beautiful living space with panoramic views of the ocean, park, and harbor. The second floor features a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining table that seats 10, and large balcony with built-in BBQ. The second-floor master suite includes a king bed, large bathroom with bathtub, and walk-in closet.Finally, we move up to the luxurious third-floor master suite. San Buenaventura State Beach with the bike path to Ventura Pier is at one end of our neighborhood, and Marina Park with Ventura Harbor is at the other end.
