You'll love this huge, spacious apartment! It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your favorite meals with views out the large windows. The dining area host a low to the floor art table perfect for lounging. There are bar stools for those less comfortable on the floor.The living room and dining area are big and bright with large, south-facing picture windows. The cozy couches are great to relax and enjoy the quiet sounds of the country, or watch the flatscreen TV. There is a queen size futon for extra guests.The bathroom and laundry room are fully stocked and supplied with everything you might need while away from home.The backdoor opens onto a large deck and an expansive view of Velvet Ridge Mesa and steps leading down to a spacious 3/4 acre, fully fenced backyard.Recover in a spacious and comfortable apartment close to Capitol Reef, beautiful views in every direction. Ample free parking with excellent WIFI and cell service. When you arrive, go up the front stairs to your private entrance on the west side of the building, Door #6. There is a keyless entry system to enter your code and let yourself in. We will supply you with the entry code after booking and before your check-in date. There is ample free parking.The house has 6 apartments in it. There will be other people sharing the building during your stay, so expect to share walls, parking, porches, and the backyard. I live close by on the property. I have very limited interaction with guests to ensure your privacy and have a contactless check in and check out system. Relax and watch Netflix in the living room while chatting with your partner in the fully equipped kitchen. There is a designated office space with desk and a larger open work area. There is a cozy second bedroom and an open area with a trundle couch bed for the kids or additional seating for working.The bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room are fully stocked and supplied with everything you should need while away from home. The washer and dryer are located between two dwellings. With a locked door only you can access.When you arrive you will go to the apartment on the West side of the building labeled #1. There will be a keyless entry to let yourself in and we will supply you with the entry code upon booking 2 days before your check-in date. Park anywhere around the building. There are no steps to climb for easy entry with ample free parking. Note that there is an apartment directly above and next to you with shared walls and a beautiful large fenced in backyard which you have direct access to out the back door with a private mud room perfect for storing bikes, outdoor equipment or winter coats.The trundle bed is not made up for sleeping but there are linens available for you. Children are most comfortable on the trundles beds. Nestled in the heart of Torrey, Utah just 5 minutes from spectacular Capitol Reef National Park, with many restaurants and hiking/biking trails right out the front door, this is the place to stay while exploring the mountains and desert nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your favorite meals with views right from the large windows. There are two spacious bedrooms with queen size beds in each. The bathroom has an illuminated mirror, sink and vanity area and a shower/tub combo. It is fully stocked with everything you might need while away from home. The living room/dining area has two large, comfy recliners and a large couch to relax and watch the flatscreen TV. The private laundry room is fully stocked and supplied with everything you might need.When you arrive, you will go up the front stairs to your private entrance on the east side of the building, Door #4. Come prepared with groceries or contact Danielle and arrange to have groceries delivered in advance for a nominal feeWeather: Torrey is located at 6,800 ft above sea level, so we thankfully don’t get the intense heat that other desert towns experience. Summertime temperatures range from the mid 80's to low 90's during the day and mid 50's to mid 60's at night. Winter high temps are mostly in the mid 30’s to lower 50’s with a few days in the 20’s.
