Assigned Code will also be automatically disabled as of 11AM, so you will not be able to re-enter the House past this time. Upstairs relies on wall heaters in bedroom and bathroom, though please remember to turn these off when you leave the house. Plenty of extra blankets are provided. NEST PROTECT: There are Nest devices installed in bedrooms, hallways and kitchen that are legally required fire & carbon monoxide alarms with motion activated night lights that will gently light up when you walk by. The one in the kitchen has been known to go off when something is burning, and we will be alerted so may check in if this happens.NOISE & NOISE MONITORING: The Sea Ranch is a ‘Zen-fully Quiet Community’. Nearby activities include tide pooling, wine tasting, hiking nearby parks, fishing and exploring Gualala or the Sea Ranch lodge. Two grocery stores in Gualala 10 min from our home. Nice open floor plan downstairs with a new 50 in screen TV, Netflix and a wood burning stove. We offer free internet and Direct TV. Master bedroom is a king with full bath and TV, guest room upstairs is a queen with full bath and downstairs is a half bath and den to accommodate two more guests.
