Our cleaners know when pets come :) - Please no shoes on the carpet or within the home, there is a mat or a place to put shoes right inside by the front door. This keeps our floors in the best shape.- Our home is on a septic system so that means only TOILET PAPER can be flushed down the toilet, please no other products. - If you plan to use any of the extra amenities like the BBQ, Fire Pit, Porch, Yard Etc, Please clean up after yourself, we don't want any littering outside. - Please be courteous with your noise level, we do have neighbors nearby and want to be respectful. - If you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services, we keep our cleaning rates reasonable so please be considerate.- Please be cautious of fire bans in effect, we are not liable if you get in trouble for burning during a time when you can't. - NO SMOKING, we have exterior covered areas for that, please put all cigarette buts in the trash can once fully out. - During the fall and winter months, there is a possibility of power outages. The homes are equipped to accommodate.
