Head downstairs to the game room with a ping pong table, foosball table, dart board, additional bunk bedroom, Kitchenette, full bath and access to outdoor amenities. Access the Currituck sound for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing at our soundfront access 1 block across from the house on Waterlily Road. The water stays warm longer than the ocean and is usually shallow for the kids to have a fun filled day on the water. Use our Kayaks and life jackets, or bring your own water toys! (we have 1 adult and 1 child kayak for your use) The house is within a few miles of 2 boat launches, including the public Coinjock Boating Access Area on Waterlilly Rd. There are great fishing and crabbing spots all over the island and duck hunting is the main attraction during hunting season. The marsh makes for beautiful views from the back of the house (but is not swimmable water.) Cleaning & linenCleaning is very important to us and we strive to make sure our home is cleaned to all our guests standards. We have enhanced our cleaning to include sanitizing high touch points regularly and providing our guests with cleaning products to wipe down surfaces during their stay. We also give our guests the option of bringing their own linens or using our linen (for an additional fee). Our rates are set up to include the linens and towels being provided. If you would like to OPT OUT, please shoot us a message and we will return that fee to you. Pet Policy: $150(per stay) pet fee for ONE dog. No size limit.
