The 2nd floor also has a screened in porch that can be accessed by either the open deck or an attached Queen bedroom. The second bedroom on this floor not only has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. The living space has 2 leather couches, a rocking chair and 2 more side chairs. There is plenty of space to gather around and enjoy each others company. This room also has a 70" flatscreen HDTV. On this floor is a nice area to escape, there is a sitting area with a couch which has views of the ocean. The third also has your 4th full bathroom. Just beyond the couch in the sitting area is a large slider which leads to the best part of this house.....the 3rd floor deck with glass railings. This house is just a short walk to the beach but with the 3rd floor deck for lying out in the sun and the ocean views you don't even need to go to the beach if you don't want to..
