"The place was amazing, I just loved it. I picked the room with the bathtub in the balcony and it was an amazing experience. The staff spoke basic English but they were very helpful and tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The views were breathtaking, the room was well equipped and the breakfast was interesting (Chinese). If you want to enjoy your stay here please take my following tips into consideration: - Leave your luggage at Kaili station or at the tourist center and take only the necessary time terms for your stay because you’ll have to take 2 buses and walk uphill on uneven stairs to come to this hotel (which doesn’t have elevators so more stairs to get to your room) it will be just hectic, so store your luggage and come here lightweight. - Try to get in touch with the hotel before you arrive or connect with them via WeChat as the hotel is hard to find when you get off the bus at the stop, they will pick you up and take you to the hotel much is a few minutes aways. - I was the first foreigner to stay here, as an international tourist, I’m sure you’ll love the place but keep in mind only a few people speak English here and the signs are in English and hotel staff will communicate using translator, it’s easy but be prepared - keep in mind that the breakfast is Chinese not western so it includes noodles and vegetables no coffee here.
