很滿意的公寓。首先房型滿足我們的所有要求：一間卧室有兩張分開的獨立的床，另一間卧室有一張大床。其實客廳裏還有超大的沙發完全可以額外再睡得下兩個成年人（睡沙發需要自行解決蓋被問題，並且先詢問店主是否同意）。有兩個帶淋浴和馬桶的洗手間；有帶餐桌餐椅的餐廳；有迷小廚房帶微波爐、電燒水壺、餐具、小冰箱；雖然臨街但是窗户是雙層的，隔音又防盜。我們這種睡眠很淺的人都能睡得很舒服。房屋還有暖氣，晚上很暖和。有製冷空調。公寓有小電梯乘坐。滿足這條件的酒店就不是這個價位啦！第二，餐飲。出門左走過街步行十五分鐘就是地鐵站，地鐵口附近有本地小餐館（有一家葯店），解決三餐還行，衹能吃飽不能説吃好。第四，安全問題。據説這附近都是各國生意人，人員比較複雜，出門要多謹慎。但是我們天黑就回屋儘量不走夜路、儘量結伴出行，所以總體情況還好。天黑了路上還有明顯是下班的當地職業女性獨自行色匆匆趕路呢，所以治安還好。第五，房東很熱情！提前電子郵件聯繫了，見面諸多叮囑，主動為我們畫出來附近餐飲具體地點，帶我們進屋介紹情況（很好的英語聽力練習素材，哈哈），早餐都已經堆在廚房了（麪包、水果、牛奶、雞蛋、果汁、果醬、蜂蜜…都是冷食），讓我們自行拿取。對了，房東居然每天還進屋來收拾垃圾幫忙倒掉、換乾淨毛巾和沐浴露，我真是表示驚呆啦！公寓房東不是酒店24小時前台，所以有事得提前溝通好。
如果非要吹毛求疵，那就是距離景點衞城、憲法廣場和機場還有些距離，衹能打車來回。

We really enjoyed our stay here. Spacious apartment with two bedrooms, two baths, dining room and living area. Very clean. Easy and helpful management. Easy walk (2 blocks) to coffee, good restaurants and subway. This was a great choice for our family of four.

A perfect week in Athens. Excellent location near the Metro and short 20 minute walk to the centre. Hosts are extremely helpful. Maisonette was perfect, quiet and cool away from the city life. Loved the hot tub on own private terrace. Area of Gazi looks a bit run down but don’t be fooled as some nice restaurants close by and felt safe at all times.

A nice apartment, comfortably equipped. Very attentive staff. pretty close to an unserground train station and a walking distance from the city centerJust be aware that parking is on the streets around and not private and breakfast is pre supplied to the room and you prepare it yourself. Altogether a pleasant stay.

47 Suites was a great place for our stay in Athens. First, the gentleman running the property are so incredibly helpful. They spoke flawless English and gave us great advice how to get around the area. They also were very responsive for anything we needed replaced in the suite. They use WhatsApp to communicate during your stay with you. We had the loft suite which was plenty of room for my 19 year old son and I. The room has a mini fridge stocked with breakfast items (yogurt, hard boiled eggs, meat and cheese, milk, OJ) plus coffee, coffee maker, microwave, some breakfast pastries and snacks. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. The location is about a 20 minute walk to the Parthenon. Very easy walk and the subway station is a 3 minute walk. This is the line that goes to the airport, so VERY convenient and safe. And the best part is the rooftop with jacuzzi and view of the Parthenon all lit up at night. Highly recommend!!!!

Is the best experience we had. The hospitality is the best. Very clean. Convenient and not so far from the restaurant and cafe. I really want to recommend this place for everyone to book and try this place. It’s our first time to try apartment hotel. It’s fantastic!

First off, amazing location, close to metro and cafes and bars! Alexandros at front desk is the best and he treats his guests very well. We had the Maisonette, which was a beautiful 2 floor loft with a private terrace that had a shower and hot tub. Everything worked perfectly. Alex was also very friendly as gave us reccs for the best food and nightlife activities. Wish we had stayed more nights. Excellent apartment hotel complex!
