Great hotel walking distance to downtown. Very clean , friendly staff , good roof top bar and breakfast was tasty . I’d recommend and happily return .the walk into Asheville is pleasant and theirs a good selection of restaurants , bars and quirky shops .

This hotel is actually a 10 minute walk from downtown. The walk is easy. The hotel is new, common spaces are well designed. The rooms are fine. The outlet next to the bed wasn’t working. There’s a nice gym and a pool. The real problem is parking. Parking costs $15/night. It’s not well-disclosed on the website and was just presented at check-in. This is a small town in North Carolina, everybody is driving to the hotel. The parking deck is next to the hotel with no controlled access and the gates weren’t functioning. Anybody can park there but Hilton charges $15 for it. It felt like nickel and diming to charge guests to park in a rural town in the Smokey Mountains. Otherwise, a fine stay for one night.

This is the best stay we have had at a Hilton brand hotel. The staff is outstanding. The hotel is very clean, and we think the location is great. Close enough to walk downtown, but a little removed enough to enjoy a break when needed. Parking is a breeze. The view from the upstairs bar is beautiful. But the service here is what sets it apart. We were so impressed with the staff here during our stay!

The service at the hotel was GREAT! The staff were so attentive. It's a nice hotel with a rooftop that has a nice view. Rooms are good, and the breakfast is great. Many thanks to Tina, Jerry, Chad, Alyssa, and Amari for making the staff more memorable and enjoyable. We'll be back!

The hotel was a comfortable hotel to stay at for our first visit to Asheville, NC! The breakfast was nutritious with many selections, location was great and the shuttle service was a great touch. There were some issues as we arrived, such as stains on both comforters in our room, the tub and overall bath needs to be upgraded and the heater on the AC was not working properly. However, the manager went beyond so that we have a comfortable enjoyable stay so it was much appreciated.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The decor is very nice. It is a little noisy as you are near a police station, fire station, and hospital so earplugs are a must if you’re a light sleeper. Rooms are a little sparse and could use a vanity with mirror outside of the bathroom but very nice otherwise. I did not eat or drink there so no comment on the food or beverages other than the coffee was terrible. A short walk to high five coffeehouse though fixed that!

Super clean hotel and comfortable bed. The rooftop bar/grill had a nice view and good food. The employees were friendly and had great suggestions for local places to eat. They offered a van to shuttle to local places.

Our 3rd floor room was great: clean, comfortable beds and a nice street view. Employees we had contact with were helpful and friendly. The location is super convenient for walking to shops, breweries and restaurants and always felt perfectly safe. Would be our first choice to stay in Asheville on a return trip.

Booked this for a weekend trip. Had no issues with the booking process. Greeted upon arrival, all amenities explained, super helpful with directions and eating places. The shuttle was an added bonus.

My wife and I visited for two nights. The hotel seems relatively new and is well maintained. It is about a 1/4 mile walk to the downtown entertainment area, which was very convenient. Staff was quite nice and efficient.

We were here with a wedding party and it was a great experience. Perfect location, walk to restaurants etc. The rooftop bar is awesome! Bedding is great and loved the pillows! Everything was clean and the staff was super friendly. We enjoyed the pool too.

The hotel is very clean and they are always cleaning. Our room was a good size for a family of 4, although I felt the shower was small but very roomy. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We drank at the rooftop bar, which is a fun setting. Drinks are expensive as usual for a bar. The pool is small but clean. Very walkable to downtown. We never used the shuttle. Only 1 elevator was working during our stay, and the hotel was busy. Luckily, we stayed on the 2nd floor, so we used the stairs a lot.

Great hotel. Location was perfect. Walking distance from restaurants and bars. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Restaurant was very good. Windows and rugs were being cleaned but it did not affect our stay. Loved the pillows.

The hotel is excellent. Impeccable and very well located, less than half a mile to downtown. The staff is friendly and very courteous. Specially the staff at breakfast. I just wish they had better coffee :-)
