We stayed in 209,210 rooms last weekend.we had a very bad experience in this hotel.very dirty rooms & bad smell in everywhere.also lots of mosquitoes.poor room service .two hours delayed for pre ordered dinner.we booked for 2days.but we checked out in next morning.very bad management.manager don’t care about us.never trust hotel website images.

Worst experience I ever had. Advanced for three day stay. When I arrive at the hotel, no one at the gate for guide us. Entrance is terrible. Entered alone and went to the reception. The reception guy told us the room is still not ready even we arrived after 3 hours of checkin time. Then I went to the pool while they are arranging the room, the pool is so dirty. No one helped us at the hotel. I decided not to stay at this hotel after few moments and get in my car with my wife and two kids. When i tried to leave the hotel, a lorry was parked at the gate disturbing the exit, they said they cannot move the lorry as they are loading the wedding items which is finished just before our arrival. They moved the lorry after shouting at them about disturbing guests like us. My refund is not yet finalized, they are waiting for the upper management approval for refund, it seems like the upper management is also aware about these situations. So don't go their for anything. You'll get the worst experience there. No one to help u at this hotel, very uncomfortable and unprotected place to stay or any function, after leaving i went to hotel alakamanda, hotel miridiya lake and spent a great time there.
