WORST EXPERIENCE EVER,
Thanks for following up, i have changed the hotel because it didn’t have HOT WATER, how can we stay without it ?!!
First he told me to leave the tap open for 5 minutes so it gets hot water, and the technician man was with me.
After i requested a refund, only then he said that it’s a fault & will be fixed when i told him i will cancel the reservation & i will ask for a refund.
Nether the less the receptionist was very rude to me when i complained about not having hot water and asked for another room, exactly he said with a very bad attitude “all rooms have hot water, my technician said it’s working” and even refused to do Anything about it.
Apparently the hotel is not trustworthy at all as they lie all the time.
