Well located hotel, but the budget rooms are separated from the main hotel, in a very dirty looking building. The room name is during perfectly the type of room: "budget room". You have to hold there toilet seat to pee because it is not properly assembled, the balcony door could barely open and slide. For the price difference, I recommend the comfort room, that look more decent.

The hotel is a bit outdated and could do with an upgrade. The rooms are pretty basic, however the rooms are clean. Good location, and nice views across from the sea (if you opt for the sea view rooms). Also good amenities, wifi, a restaurant in site & pool.

Good hotel for the money and much better than expected for the price with the comfort rooms.

Really loved everything about this place. The location is perfect to go for walls, to the view point or to the beach. Really lovely staff. Great place. Thank you for everything.

Good room except the fridge they barely works and does not cool down.

Although there were always long queues to check in and no air-con at the reception, the staff was friendly and 'try their best' to help us. A few things that we hate about this place: was hard to communicate with the staff on the phone and at reception as only a few of them speak a very low English; they promote free wifi but they only give you 200MB per day and if you want more you need to pay AUD50; the bedroom service is really late (around 5pm), which was very inconvenient for us and the cleaning was average (we preassume that the staff didn't have the right equipment to clean properly: they used brooms instead of vacuums for example). The things we enjoyed: the bedroom was nice and had a fantastic view to the ocean, the swimming pool is beautiful and was clean, the location is perfect. They tried to charge our card twice (at check in and check out) but we have already paid through Trip ahead to our arrival, they might have some issue at their system. We appreciate that Trip responded positively to out complaint anout the wifi issue.

A great budget room for our arrival at 1am. Perfect for a cheap one night stay.

The location is good, the air conditioning is so much noisy, ants & cockroaches are everywhere, we found them in our food, clothes & climb on our bodies. The receptionists are friendly & trying to help, but they don't know what they are doing, we booked a boat through them & we waited in the sun, & the boat didn't show, & when the receptionist contacted him, he said he didn't confirm, & they told me that the Tjibaou Cultural Center is open during the public holiday, & when we went there with all that long distance, then we found it closed. It seems there they don't have a full clear information for the activities in their New Caledonia's websites. Besides there were drunk scary people sleeping on the street in the area near the hotel.

It was great country with very beautiful nature and people.

飛行機で深夜に到着して寝るだけなので安いところで探していて、こちらにしました。 少し古いようですが部屋は広く空調なども問題ありませんでした。 ただお風呂場に小さなアリのような虫が少しいました。 仕方ないかなと思うレベルなので、周辺のホテルとの金額を考えると悪くはないかなと思います。 ロビーは空調が効いてないのか少し暑かったです。 夕方のチェックインでは長蛇の列が見られました。

午後イルデパンから帰ってきて翌日チェックアウトだったため、寝るだけだと思いこちらの部屋に泊まりました。（イルデパンに行く前は3泊の予定だったのでプレミアルームに宿泊）プレミアルームと比較するとやはり劣る部分がありますが、なぜかWiFiはこちらのほうがつながりやすかったです。

Très bien pour quelques nuits. Belle vue pour les chambres côté plage. Et plusieurs restaurants en bord de plage à proximité de l'hôtel. Attention risque d'être enfermé sur le balcon si vous fermez la baie vitrée du balcon.

歯ブラシはありませんでしたが、部屋のランクからしたら満足でした。スタッフの方もみんな気さくで、良くしてもらいました。立地がよく周辺にレストランもありバス停も近く便利てわした。また行きたいです。
