百草原包含動物植物歡樂世界一塊兒一天行程剛好，很值得去

管家小李服務非常到位，介紹詳細，有問必答，給人很温馨的感覺。看獅子是大亮點，孩子非常喜歡。這次沒有公獅，只有六衹母獅子，聽説因為活潑好動，被派到這裏營業。自助餐中規中矩吧，不要有太高的期待。
離中南百草園步行五分鐘距離，去玩也非常方便。

為帶小朋友參觀自然博物館而選擇了附近的中南酒店，出行下來，可以稱得上帶小朋友出遊的省心行程之一！中南自身整體配套很完善，參觀遊玩項目豐富，百草園、小火車、淘氣堡、集章換禮物等等，沒有空下來的時候，體驗感也都不錯。百草園可能是提前沒有預期，這次進去體驗下來倒是有些超預期，不錯的。另外周邊其它配套也很完善且方便，除了自然博物院，還有采摘等，吃飯也方便，吃了兩家安吉土家菜都非常好吃。
酒店服務非常棒，管家小李提前加微信聯繫，告知了很多細節，基本上把想了解的問題都提前主動告知了，很用心，對於任何問題處理及時又到位。前台服務人員、房務服務人員也都很不錯，酒店管理方面還是很到位的。
這次春節前去，遊客沒有太多，各種項目都不需要排隊，停車也方便，也是這次體驗感很好的主意原因之一。

設施：親子房幫忙提前佈置了小童圍欄，安全係數upup！崽子很喜歡衞生間的兔兔牙杯和上下床
服務：感謝幫助我們的小管家小李，點名表揚～我的jio在來的路上扭傷，小李幫忙提供冰塊+速速將外賣的葯品送到房間，整個入住和百草園協助我們～歐洲牧場小火車也是在小李的幫助下趕上了最後一班❤️電車充電樁在景區門口有，説是快充，但其實沒有很極速，功率在22-25左右
觀光火車券:小朋友最愛，整個火車觀看小動物，和小動物互動都很有愛，飼料10/包，可以下火車喂香燭、羊駝、鹿、羊、牛，小動物們都很可愛
紀念集章打卡摺頁一本:這個我們沒有打卡完畢，需要6個目的地，不知道神祕小禮物是啥！
環境：獅子半夜會叫，但是還好，體驗怪有意思的～

房間特別寬敞，酒店可以看到獅子孩子很開心，早飯也特別豐盛選擇性很多。

设施：有多座大樓，設施全面，鄰近中南百草原和歐洲小火車，也有打卡活動吸引我們四處去看看。 但在淡季有不少設施關閉，但不影響體驗，要做好心理準備。
环境：在百草原內，空氣環境都十分好。睡得特別甜。房間能看到獅子玩耍，早上聽到獅子吼叫，十分有趣。
服务：早一天管家小李主動聯絡，解釋酒店附近設施和各景點行程的攻略，有任何問題都很快回覆。 到達酒店後，所有店員都很有禮貌。

服務態度非常好！我們一家人抵達的時候已經22點多了，無論前台還是客房服務都很温馨，水果也很新鮮。早餐品種很多；午餐在二號樓點單的價格適合，口味很不錯。坐了小火車還去了百草園全家玩的都很開心！一次愉快的旅程
