We booked a suite room and the overall stay was okay. The room is clean and the hotel staff are nice. The bathroom stinks a little and we had to keep its door closed so it won’t reek inside the room.

Good location.Hotel is old. The room was dated. The Cr was dated.Shower was dated there was no way I was going to use the bath it was not clean. The trash bin still had trash from the previous occupant.1 single small elevator maximum people 3. This hotel is great location but needs a proper update there's better hotels in the area for the money.

Good access from fields avenue, C-point & SM City Clark. Building is a bit of old, however room is clean. 2 minute's walk to Uncle John's （convince store）

No amenities, everything need to request and pay. The smell is really bad. However good location

I have stayed in thiis hotel for a couple of times and each time they did not disappoint me. Great location and Friendly staff with great service all round. Looking forward to my next stay.

price is cheap and it is very good to stay on the first day.there's conditioner noise, but I slept very well.also,desk staff is very cute and kindly!

They let us pay for something that we didn't used. The front desk clerk is not friendly enough. When we tried to do an extension,they let us transfer to a smoking room and wanted to go down with all our luggage. So I went down with the key card and they gave us a new one with the incorrect key card. Such an inconvenience because of that front desk clerk.
