Please do not stay at this hotel! The pictures are not a reflection of what they promise. The establishment is dirty, old, in serious need of repair. My bed looked like it had just been made up from the previous guest, it wasn’t ironed or neat. There are tears in the bedding, it is also dirty. There is a lot of filth in the room. There is so much that is broken, a sofa that has a huge tear in it, broken table, broken fridge (which is listed as an amenity), broken glass between the two areas, broken table leg. I chose breakfast and was offered a limited option to eat in my room. Seems like there is no restaurant available. The toilet seat was broken and had an awful smell in the early hours of the morning. I arrived late and had to stay over night and left the next day. During this time there was a cigarette butt with ash on the floor outside my door and no one bothered to clean it up. Due to this, I left the hotel 5 days earlier. The hotel has refused to reimburse me on the basis of the above, despite their pictures not being an accurate reflection. During my time here, the electricity and WiFi continued to go on and off intermittently. The price to stay is similar to mid to high end hotels but it’s definitely not comparable. It’s old, worn down and in serious need of repair!

Very bad experience, no bucket for bath, shower not properly work, rat in ventilation whole night they disturbed, these rooms may be use for day time like oyoo, asked for bucket @ reception but they not show any interest

Worst hotel ever. Flithy rooms, cockroaches everywhere, dirty bathrooms, dirty smelling bed sheets. Service also very poor. If u ask something they say they are working on the issue but nothing happens. Total waste of money

Location is good. Room was spacious. Washroom was dirty. Linen used in the room was not so good. Staff was friendly.

The room was in terrible condition with cockroaches all around. The flow water water in bathroom taps flush toilet was dismal. I had fill a bucket of water and put it in the toilet seat to clean it. Breakfast is served in a dirty hall in the basement. The quality of breakfast was nothing short of terrible.

The stay was horrible. They will make you cry with their pathetic services. It took 2. 30 hours to deliver a towel. They took the breakfast order at 9:30 am and served at 11:15 am. These are just a few examples. I had a 3 day stay in this hotel and from day one to last day, service remained the same. It was a horrible experience.

This was the worst stay i had in my lifetime. The room was bad, stinky, water seepage on the walls, torn sofa, dirty bed sheet any more. I complained to the managent but to no use. Despite repeated calls they did not even respond.

No one on the reception when we reached for checkin. We had to wait for 10 minutes for the person to attend us. No towels in the room. Only one small water bottle of water. On our requests for the towels it took 15 minutes to get only one towel. While we were two persons. Not a good hotel. We paid nearly rs. 3, 000- but it was not worth. Bad experience.

One of the worst place to stay, If you ask something to give it's takes minimum 2 Hrs even water to drink not available at hotel. They didn't give me breakfast. I call order at 8 AM and till checkout they didn't provide the breakfast. In last 7 year I am traveling and having hotel staying experience. PR residency worst to stay. Yaha rehne se achha h 200 rupees wali ********** me reh lo.
